Based upon the posting by AD re presentencing reviews in AZ,
I am surprised JA has not requested the reports to be submitted.
After all, she and the dt were claiming she suffered mentally....
maybe, she is saving it for a "surprise!" as a request for new testing and sentencing delay....Smell a rat in the cider, IMO.

Have to wonder if the sentencing date has been moved up on the calendar as she did NOT request the report; no need for the extra 30 plus days to prepare reports, etc.. Then again, MAYBE... SO Joe got tired of her shenanigans and leaned on the court? (What with the newly released info re the cell phone vids, she has WAY too much liberty in jail and needs to be moved to the prison. And take away those street clothes! Please... insult to those of us h\who are entitled to wear street clothing.)

Much discussion and dismay on the costs of this trial. I would like to see some changes. Perhaps something like a professional witness is paid a flat fee of 10 thousand dollars to testify. Period. One day or ten days the amount is the same.... Bet it would cut down on the "stall" time in court. Also, to preserve the integrity of the jury, IMO, they should be sequestered during the deliberation portion at least.
(And ALL cell phones should be removed during the trial! IF a juror must have contact with someone, let them use a public telephone... that is recording the number and convo.)

I am so sick and tired of hearing about all the priveleges/perks/luxuries these criminals are allowed. They are supposed to be paying for their crimes in JAIL not lounging in some bloody spa!! No wonder is costs so much to house these criminals!

EJ Montini does not deal with facts. His opinions almost always are from an emotional perspective. It does not matter the topic.

When I hear things like a caller from Greece it just worries me that JA will attract a rich, delusional supporter that is able to finance her appeals.  Dang, I hope not!  I want to see the supporters fade away, the prison account finances fade away, the visitors fade away.  Some serious time alone to think about her special brand of evil might just be good for Jodi.

This really irks me that Jodi is allowed this much entertainment.  I wish the rumor that her sentencing was being moved up had been true.  Hopefully, something JA said in her video calls will be cause to ban her from this privilege since all of her calls are being investigated.  Oh well, it's only a month before she starts the journey that will find her turning old, gray, and fragile in prison FOREVER!  Bye, bye Jodi Arias.

Even so, the days are getting numbered for Jodi Arias as she awaits April 13 sentencing. Upon that time she will be transferred to Perryville State Prison. There, Jodi will not have the liberties she has now as far as getting away with manipulations on video chat. Or at least, it will be much more difficult for her.

A copy of the Perryville call or visitation application that will be required for those wishing to visit with Jodi is available in the slideshow. Anyone that wants to visit her either by phone or in person will need to fill out this application and undergo a full background check. Applicants will also need to submit authentic identification not purchased at the Jodi Arias forge booth and a $25 application fee. With sentencing looming April 13, potential applicants may want to get rolling on that paperwork.

Travis did get his justice because she still showing her true colors and a normal person can see right thru her, it's just the ones that feel sorry for her or obsessed with her that will move on to someone else once her name fades from the headlines unless she can come up with ways to have the drama follow her all the way to prison. As long as these people feed into her brain she will never give up the spot light. She thinks killing someone was worth every minute of because she feels she is a star now. Casey Anthony has had to hide but Jodie has shined bright. Maybe we all need to go kill someone so we can become a big star. Howl many of y'all wanted to call Jodie and tell her how sorry she was. I would but I would not give her the satisfaction of thinking she is bigger then life. But at the end of the day she is still lowed then life and Travis is the one that had his life on track until she took it away from him. She must be so proud of herself. But hoping that this will show the judge how dangerous she is and keep her behind bars for life so keep it going BITCH because it is really not over until April 13.

Sorry just had to write down how I feel. We all been upset but we still have hope on her not seeing the light of day and it looks like we may have the last laugh along with the Alexander family. She is so dumb as we all have seen with her actions. I would love to tell her in person to keep up the good work as Travis will win in the end.

Yes, Nene, I agree.  It is a shame that Jodi Arias has enjoyed a sort of cult celebrity while this long drawn out process made its way through the court.  It is a shame that the case took so long.  JA would not have been able to attract so much attention if this case had proceeded at a more reasonable pace.  I blame the DT for that.

I read a post on another website (cant remember which one) where a poster suggested that people periodically send JA postcards from the 1000 places book that Travis was fond of.  Kind of a funny thought. Maybe the postcard could say something like:  

"Dear Jodi, Had a great time visiting "XYZ".  The food was to die for and the scenery was picture perfect.  Hope you are enjoying Perryville...by the way, which number on the list of 1000 Places is Perryville?  I can't find it.  Signed, Free to Travel the World."
   
But, alas, that is still more attention than JA will ever deserve.
