A 21-year-old man was found dead in a swimming pool at Demi Moore's Beverly Hills home.

The man apparently drowned in the pool on Saturday night, law enforcement sources told TMZ.

His body was discovered early Sunday morning.

There was reportedly a party at the house on Saturday night but the actress was out of town.

Law enforcement sources said none of Demi's family were present at the home when the body was found around 6.15am.

It is not known who threw the party.

The body of a 21-year-old man was discovered in the swimming pool at Demi Moore's Beverly Hills home on Sunday morning, according to TMZ.

Moore, 52, was not home at the time, as she's traveling out of town, according to TMZ.

A neighbor also told the site that Moore's three children with ex Bruce Willis have been staying at the house and throwing "parties every day, day and night." However, law enforcement told the site that no one from Moore's family was present when the body was found.

A 21-year-old man was found dead in the swimming pool at Demi Moore's Beverly Hills home on Oak Pass Road on Saturday, July 18, the LAPD confirms to Us Weekly.

None of Moore's family, including her three daughters were home at the time of the incident. But a neighbor told TMZ that the family has been hosting numerous "parties every day, day and night." The police told Us that a maid was present in the morning and that there were five people in the house at the time of the incident. The information they have suggests there was not a big party there that night.

The police tell Us they believe the man slipped into the pool overnight and was found in the morning. The identity of the body has not been released, and the police would not confirm whether or not Moore had been notified.

A source tells Us Weekly that Rumer Willis is currently in New York, while her younger sisters Tallulah and Scout Willis have been Instagramming photos from France.

A 21-year-old man was found dead in a swimming pool at Demi Moore's Beverly Hills home.

The man accidentally drowned and was found dead around 5.30am on Sunday morning.

There was reportedly a party at the house on Saturday night but the actress was out of town, law enforcement sources told TMZ.


Police can be seen standing near the pool in Demi's Beverly Hills home, where sources said an unidentified man drowned after he slipped and fell inside. The man reportedly did not know how to swim

Law enforcement sources said none of Demi's family were present at the home when the body was discovered.

The sources said the man did not know how to swim and it appears that he slipped and fell in the pool. No foul play is suspected.

It is unclear who threw the party but sources told TMZ it was not by Demi or her three children. The source added that there was a 'limited amount' of alcohol at the party.

Five people were at the home at the time of the drowning, including one person who is an assistant to Demi, Sergeant A. Bone of the West Los Angeles station told NBC Southern California.

What is the name of the drowning victim? The man was 21, it is not like they are protecting a minor, they say the drowning was an accident and they don't suspect foul play. So, why hasn't the police released the victim's identity?

Edenilson Steven Valle, 21, had been part of a small party thrown at Moore's home by her assistant. He died shortly before 5 a.m. PT on July 19.

Friends and family reportedly told the coroner that Valle did not know how to swim. He had been left outside for a short time and was found floating in the deep end once someone came back outside. It was estimated that he had been in the water about 10 to 15 minutes, according to Los Angeles County coroner's Lt. Fred Corral. Firefighters were dispatched to Moore's home at 5:17 a.m., and Valle was pronounced dead on the scene.

The Los Angeles Coroner's Office tells E! News that they have identified the victim as Edenilson Steven Valle of Los Angeles, and revealed that he was actually 23 years old (previous reports claimed the victim was 21 years old). Additionally, a source tells us Valle was a friend of Moore's assistant.

According to witnesses at the scene, it seems as though Valle either did not know how to swim or was not a good swimmer. The information continues to include that Edenilson had a couple of beers and wasn't much of a drinker.

His death is reported as a possible drowning, however, an autopsy is pending, along with a toxicology report.
