thanks for the reminder.. i almost forgot about it altogether.. i remarkably have tomorrow off.. so i think i will get to watch it.. even though it will prob just tick me off..

What time is the hearing? Will it be carried on Court TV on the tube? I will be babysitting, and will not have a computer.

i am SURE it will be covered on court tv.. they usually are.. not sure how much of it you will see on there though, they always seem too busy talking about the hearing and showing commercials than they are actually showing the hearing.. drives me nuts..

i am sure you can watch it afterwards on youtube..

In Session has their cameras on in the courtroom now...no sound, but pics...

Comercials on now...has sound...thank goodness...thought it was my TV there for a sec...My pics are milky so guess it's time to look for a new set...

it is NOT jose decision WHO the state calls as a witness... "but judge, tim miller SHOULD be on their list." WTF... if you want him that bad, put him on your OWN list.. oh, i forget, you never did your job by making your OWN complete witness list.

Baez sent a copying company to copy the documents, then asked them to fax the documents if they couldn't copy them....against court order! How inept and sleazy...
