Lawyers in the Zenaida Gonzalez defamation case will head back to court next week.

A case management hearing is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 1 at 8:30 a.m. Gonzalez is suing Casey Anthony, who had said a woman named "Zenaida Gonzalez" kidnapped her daughter, Caylee Anthony. Gonzalez says Anthony's accusation ruined her reputation. Anthony's attorneys say the lawsuit is frivolous because Anthony has maintained that this woman was not the Gonzalez she knew.

Anthony will be questioned under oath in this case in October.......

...........Thursday's hearing is the first of two scheduled this week.

On Friday, a judge will hear another lawsuit, in which the Orange County Sheriff's Office is seeking thousands of dollars the agency used to search for Caylee Anthony.

Casey, who is serving probation for a check fraud conviction in 2010, is not expected in court during either hearing
