Seven More Dismembered Cats Found in Vancouver, B.C. Suburb

The latest mutilated cat was found on Sunday, bringing the total number of dismembered cats to seven in the past two weeks and 22 since June 2011.
Buttercup went missing during the middle of last week in Maple Ridge. The cat's owners posted his picture on Craigslist in the hopes of having their beloved pet returned to the family.
On Saturday, Eric Wernicke was contacted by a woman who lives a few blocks away. She told him she had found Buttercup's head on her front lawn.
