Casey Anthony's Check Fraud Trial - 1-25-10

When is this expected to go to trial? Did Baez get her case moved to another venue (So. Florida?) In the Sunshine State, will her trial be aired on local legal televised programs?

All I've heard about the trial date is that it is supposed to be sometime next year. They will probably move the case to another venue, but I don't think anything has been announced yet. The trial will probably be aired on many local stations in Florida. It will probably also be on truTv and you will probably be able to stream it on the internet.

okay... has anyone else TRIED to watch a trial on truTv and been sadly dissapointed and a bit PEEVED.. those people talk sooo much, and show so little of the actual trial, it is maddening..

i tried the last time, and ended up turning off the tube, and watching it online. hopefully it is covered...

Randi, I am with you... can't stand to watch a trial on truTV.... every time something good is happening, they cut in and start talking to explain "what's going on".... it's like... how about we watch it... THEN you tell us what's going on??!!

For the hearings that have been on truTV, I usually have that on (because it's so much bigger than my laptop screen), as well as online... so when they start talking on TV, I mute it and watch online.

I just heard on InSession that the check fraud trial has been set: January 25, 2010.....

Pre-trial hearing set for December 18, 2009.

If the trial date is set for January 25, 2010 (check fraud), when is the discovery cut off? I'm not privy to the court rules in the State of Florida, but 30 days prior to trial is the normal or on a trial setting calendar issued by the courts.
