That's what it sounds like to me AJ. I hope he did share what he knows, if he did, they must have been satisfied enough to let him off the hook. Or maybe he threw someone else under the bus who does not have priviledge. Things that make you go hmmmmm.

this is interesting. i do believe that he has CRUCIAL evidence/testimony. why would they cancel??

unless this is the 1st step in issuing that new order that judge told the prosecution to issue. maybe the original paperwork had to be cancelled, for the new order to take effect.

I'm inclined to agree with you Randi...I wasn't exactly sure how to word it...You did a great job...I just think this particular questioning was cancelled...I still think they will do it at a later date after the PROPER paperwork has been filed...

I don't think he's off the hook. There is surely new bait and a tougher line which will be used to reel him in.

when there is a child missing and presumably dead, and you have some IDIOT poking around the ground with a stick and ripping open trash bags in the woods.... THEN a MONTH LATER you find the remains of said missing child FEET AWAY from where said IDIOT was probing the ground... this HAS to raise some questions..

i thought an exception to priviledge was covering of a crime.. that was clearly their intentions with the "search" in the woods... and hasnt it been proven that DC was NO LONGER under contract with bozo and cohorts, making the priviledge non-existant, and a moot point..???

someone needs to stap this a-hole down and waterboard him until he gives up the goods... because this whole fiasco seriously PEEVES me!!!

I'll settle for actually making him show up to a deposition and answer questions under oath. Waterboarding would definitely make him sing, but I think the authorities would frown on that.

Once they do catch this squirming fish and force him to give a deposition I think there will be explosive information in regards to him and many others. I can't wait.
