I started this thread because I had watched the police video of the interview of the man accused of Murdering this child. There were so many red flags in the video that I thought it would be good to share with the group.

Court appointed holiday... trial waiting until the 13th Nov to resume. Interesting testimony from the Aunt about seeing bruising over the xmas holidays. This is so sad.

OSHAWA - Emotions ran high and tempers flared in a packed courtroom Wednesday as Michael Monckton was convicted of killing his former girlfriend’s son Keagan Davis.

The 28-year-old, who maintained his innocence throughout the four-week trial, was found guilty of second-degree murder and assault causing bodily harm in the tot’s Jan. 5, 2010 death.

The murder conviction carries an automatic life sentence with a term of parole eligibility — ranging from 10 years to 25 years — to be determined on Jan. 18.
