Hi. I haven't been on her for a couple days. The trial has always been four days and the time it is on in Arizona time is 9:30 to 430 pm. You have to watch on abc15 live on your computer, iPad or phone because you literally miss half the trial. I put it on my iPad and then I have my tv on HLN and you see how much they miss . I only keep the volume on my abc15 because you here all the words and miss nothing. By the way Jodi wasn't crying yesterday. There wasn't one tear. She pretending to cry and that's why she covered her face. She didn't even use a tissue when she was putting her head down etc. when she finally pulls her head up she doesn't grab a tissue. She is doing this for the sympathy factor.
If she doesn't at least get life in prison, I will no longer believe in our judicial system too. My friend Ronald Goldman was murdered by O.J and watched that trial everyday and when he was acquitted I was so depressed.
I hope the drs that the defense brings on as witness' saw how she acted during this trial so they can say that she is a psycho path and she has no feelings and the only one she cares about is herself. She has never shown any remorse since the murdered him and its been five years. She has ruined Travis' name with all her lies. That is why she deserves the death penalty.
One think that bugs me the most is that men go see her in jail, Bryan , is one of them and he thinks she is innocent.

On tv yesterday, he did he visited Jodi last Sunday and she told him that the case will be a mistrial , and the then the second trial will find her guilty of manslaughter and then she will be set free. She is trying to find anything wrong with the trial to call a miss trial. Yesterday after the trial they showed a hearing on abc15 live. It was right after the trial and you see the trial leave and u get to hear the hearing and u with Jodi so composed and happy and she is drawing. They showed her reaction when the jury left and she cracks. Joke to her lawyer and smiles and smirks with her tongue hanging out like she messed up.
You then see how The defense team is rude to Juan and you watch this whole hearing about how Jodi's team is complaining that the Arizona newspaper is trying to publish transcripts from a closed hearing that was placed on February 20th. There are a lot of hearings that we don't see about new evidence etc. the judge said that the media and news can have the transcripts after the trial is over. You need to watch these hearing because you see how everyone really acts differently before the jury.
It also show Jodi's mom and Aunt still having fun and laughing like they have done throughout the whole trial. They make me sick. During the hearing you see Jodi's mom staring over at Travis' family.

Also tonight on dateline the show is about the trial if you want to watch it. If you watch HLN , Jane Valquez, or Nancy Grace they will always have defense lawyers on there to defend Jodi's team. They do this to make it entertaining. It drives me crazy because they sound so stupid defending Jodi. Nancy Grace and Dr. Drew are better to watch because they are more honest.
And yes I hope Matt , Jodi's ex, is a rebuttal witness, he is the one that Jodi was sending those secret codes to. I hope they also mention that Jodi had a gun, bullets, knives, boxes and books in a new rental car the day she got arrested. I wish they would also call her mom upas a rebuttal witness because I know her mom knows everything

Jodi Arias murder trial continues

The defense will re-question Jodi Arias at her murder trial in Arizona. Arias is accused of killing her ex-boyfriend, Travis Alexander, in 2008.

Note: The trial may not start at the same time each day.

One has to listen to when the Judge recesses court for the day.

She will usually say that court is adjourned until "such and such day at ____ time".

I was reading in another link that the reason why Juan Martinez asked Jodi why she returned a DVD remote back to Matt's house. They say that the remote is the remote from the DVr that was stolen from her grand parents house which shows that she took the fun and the items that were stolen from her grandparents house. They say that the exes of hers will be rebuttal witness' against her testimony. Juan also brought up what services she got in salinas because she said only her nails. They think she got her hair colored there and other treatments which show premeditation. Lets hope her exes are not her ally and prove she is a liar and it was premeditated
