George Zimmerman in Custody After Gun Incident

George Zimmerman is being held by police after a domestic incident involving a gun, police said today.

According to police in Lake Mary, Florida, Zimmerman is being detained by police after a domestic dispute involving his wife and father-in-law, Colin Morgan.

"There was some kind of a domestic, we know that with his wife and father-in-law. Apparently there were some weapons involved and threats," the deputy police chief in Lake Mary told ABC News.

He has not been charged with any crime.

Zimmerman's wife, Shellie, recently announced plans to divorce.

Shellie appears to be really upset on the 911 call.

I find it interesting the mention of a possible broken nose to Shellie's father. Maybe, GZ wil figure out what a broken nose is all about...

Shellie, IMO, brought a lot of this crap down on herself.
She lied and lied to cover for GZ.
He turned to her as his main support, sharing living style, events, etc.
When she filed for divorce, he probably felt "censored" by her actions, felt her disapproval, felt her lack of support and he snapped.

hi everybody..gotta say this one was no big shocker but the 911 call has me all confused..first off Shellie mentions body guards? Well wth? how many does he have..whos paying em and exactly what were they doing while this confrontation went down? Also she mentions a neighbor having witnessed the whole thing and at the end starts going off about a woman in there..in where?
Now this morn news is reporting he didnt have a weapon (Shellie mentions both a gun AND a knife) on the call she clearly describes her dad being punched in the face and was obviously stressed enough to the point the operator sends medical help for the man but apparently no charges have been filed?
There are only two possibilities here..1. somebody is covering GZ ass again or 2.Publicity stunt..either way I agree with Pianist above..these people need to get out of the news

I believe this is all for publicity. The more they are in the news the better the book will sell. I have no respect for his wife. If she wants a divorce GET IT!!!!! I don't believe she really wants one. She went on the TV. Crap, only celebrities (and they AREN'T) do that kind of thing. Divorce should be a private matter. They BOTH want this attention. The best punishment they could get now would be if the news dried up immediately. No more about them. IMO they will write their book....so NO SALES would be a great punishment. ...Florida police said Friday that they have opened a harassment investigation into Zimmerman’s social media shaming of his ex.

... "This was not the first time I've tried to break things off with him," said Heather.

"It's like different stages. At first, it's like begging and pleading and then crying and then anger and just horrible, horrible things-like I'm dead to him, and vulgar, vulgar names.

"It sucks. I have left in the past, and he calls and texts every day until I'm sucked back in."

She said she can't talk about the restraining order she filed against him, but Heather is glad Zimmerman is banned from Twitter.

Who do you have in mind?

He is not criminally ill as he does know the difference between right and wrong.
He knows how to play his audience to suck them in. And then he controls them. When he starts to lose control, he punishes them terribly for his inability to "own" them before violently pushing them away....and demanding they come back to pay him court.

Each of the gfs of his has reported some (or all) of GZ doing this.
He certainly has a behavior disorder and needs counseling with medication to even out his temperament...

I would guess:
1. Spoiled or favored, babied, as a youngster by his mother;
2. Highly jealous of his sibs;
3. Little interaction with father;
4. Mother used emotion to control/persuade.
Maybe she alternated between whining and laughing praise. And slapped her kids for ultimate control.
5. GZ would have been "the good boy" at elementary school; then he became a bully.
Later, he would form up his small band of "street thugs" with an attitude.

That's about how I remember it.

It's a pity Shellie didn't stay gone and sue for divorce after she had left him the night before Trayvon was murdered.  Even the puppy's custody would have most likely been settled differently.
