Meter Reader To Be Deposed In Casey Case

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's defense team scheduled its deposition of meter reader Roy Kronk. He is the man who found Caylee Anthony’s remains on December 11.

Kronk will be deposed on November 19.

Roy Kronk says December 11 was not the first time he found Caylee's remains in the woods off Suburban Drive. He says he first saw them in August of 2008, but the deputy who was sent to investigate did a poor job. The deputy was fired for lying when he was questioned about the incident.

Also in the case against Casey, prosecutors have given the defense more than 2,000 pages of new documents and more photographs.
