Teen Confesses To Molesting Sister, Dad Executes Him

A 15-year-old boy who was killed by his father in an execution style killing spent the last moments of his life pleading, "No, Daddy! No!"

Jamar Pinkney Jr. was shot in the head Monday by his 37-year-old father, Jamar Pinkney Sr., who allegedly made the teen strip his clothes off and kneel in a vacant lot before he was killed by a single bullet.

The boy's mother, Lazette Cherry, told the Detroit Free Press that Pinkney Sr., showed up at her Highland Park, Mich., home after she told him that their son had made a startling confession.

According to Cherry, the 15-year-old had admitted to having "inappropriate contact" with his 3-year-old half sister.

"I called and told his father this isn't something you sweep under the rug," Cherry, who was unable to be reached by ABCNews.com, told the paper.

Pinkney Sr. began by pistol whipping his son in the living room where the teen lived with his mother before taking him outside, despite Cherry's pleas to stop.

The father marched the naked boy into the lot and made him kneel down. As the boy pleaded for his life and his distraught mother looked on, Pinkney Sr. allegedly executed the boy with a shot in the head.

Pinkney Sr. was charged with first degree murder and if convicted, could spend the rest of his life in prison. The judge entered a "not guilty" plea on behalf of Pinkney. He is also charged with three counts of felonious assault and one count of felony firearm.

OMG, I don't know how to even write a reply to this post. I have a 15 year old son. I know what the boy did is deplorable. However, there is NO reason ever, I could think of that would make this "father's" actions ok. The whole thing breaks my heart. The entire family is suffering, the 3 year old, the mother, the young boy who has now been killed and even the dad, I suppose. Just heart breaking.

It is a heartbreaking story. I tend to agree with prosecutor Kym Worthy. She said, "no individual has the right to exact the death penalty on another no matter how reprehensible the behavior. That is why we have laws."

And all God's children said...AMEN!!!

I don't know what to say either... Why? I can't even speak as a survivor because I have always said if anyone messed with my kids I would kill them but.....I'm speechless

Very hard case to even post about. Hard to imagine WHAT any one of us would do. Do I think I could kill my son? No, but then, I'm not in this mans shoes. I'm kind of wondering if there is any sort of "doubt" that he is actually the boys father??? I guess I am having such a hard time because I can't see "killing" one of my children for hurting about. But, like I said, I'm not walking in this fathers shoes. How very sad.

I just went and read some of the comments on the link that was posted and boy do some people have opinions about this. How very sad. I hope the little girl gets all the help she will need.

I didn't know it was his sister. What a sad story, goodness.

It's hard to believe a father would shoot his son execution style, shoot first ask questions later must be his motto. I agree that if the boy was telling his mother, he was obviously troubled by what he'd done.

Since the little girl was a half-sister, she did not belong to the killer. I can understand the mom calling her ex-hubby and telling him she needs his help dealing with this issue, but I'm sure she did not mean for him to execute the boy.

This is the most horrible thing I have ever heard. I pray for this entire family. I'm sure the mom is heart-broken, I'm sure the dad is also heart-broken and will go to prison for life for killing his own son, and the little girl will need lots of treatments.

This entire family needs all our prayers.
