Hearing 7/15/10 - Discussion - LOCKED

Since InSession on truTV finishes up at 3:00 p.m., I don't know if they will have the hearing on at 2:00 p.m. or not. They may carry the first hour of it... and if so, I would think they may have pre-hearing coverage also.

Just a little tip for those of you who will be watching the hearing on your computer. I read somewhere that if you use earphones, you can hear much clearer... you can even hear the muffled speaking when someone doesn't realize they are talking close by a hot mike! I'm going to try that myself today.....

Snaz, I am watching the Kananen trial now, and all they have said is that the Anthony hearing will be on @ 2pm. They haven't said anything about pre-trial coverage. But watching trials on TruTV isn't too good. They keep cutting away from the trial, interviewing ppl and discussing what has been said with other professionals, who had no part in the trial.

The case on truTV right now is about a woman, Stacey Kananen, who is charged with helping her brother kill their mother.... the defendant's attorney is Diana Tennis.... who, in case you don't remember, was Dominic Casey's attorney. I don't think she currently is his attorney, but I'm betting before trial, he will need her, or another attorney, again.

I just thought it was interesting to see one of the attorneys from the KC case in real live action...... she is actually a pretty good attorney.....

She sure is making Stacey look sympathic, and in my opinion, not guilty. Tennis is now being interviewed by the MC on the show.

Pre-hearing coverage on truTV now.....

Wheelie Boy just said that he thinks the 911 calls will be admitted as he feels this was excited utterances. WOW

I also saw that Snaz and Mama...Everyone has speculated that all 3 will be allowed....Hope so...then I can do the Goody Goody dance...

I don't remember the show host name.... but he just said "This is a very close knit family." Geeze, has he even followed this case other than to report at hearings?????

This is a very DYSFUNCTIONAL family...... and I don't believe they are close at all..... that is the image they want to portray.... but I'm not even sure how much love is there.

So what do we expect from Cindy today?

I expect some tears, blowing kisses to KC, mouthing "I love you", etc. when she first takes the stand... much like what she at the bond hearing. Later in her testimony, I expect her to play the grieving grandma.... and if she's up there very long, she will show her animosity for the whole thing.....

KC will surely shed a few tears during the testimony of her mother and her brother.... they may even be somewhat real....
