I'm watching TruTV and the Gonzalas sentencing hearing. They did state that KC's hearing will be aired.

EACH SIDE HAS A JOB TO DO AND I RESPECT THAT, BUT THIS CASE HAS GONE ON FOR QUITE SOME TIME AND WE JUST NEED TO DO WHAT WE NEED TO DO IN THE MANNER THAT YOU NEED TO IT, CONSISTENT WITH THE RULES OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURES AND OF THE US AND FLA STATE CONSTITUTION SO THAT THE ISSUES CAN BE TRIED BEFORE A JURY AND DECIDED BY A JURY.
