What the Jury Didn't Hear About Rafferty Would Have Changed Trial: Tori's Dad

LONDON, Ont. - Victoria Stafford's father says shocking details about the man accused of killing his eight-year-old daughter should have been presented to the jury now weighing Michael Rafferty's fate.

Rodney Stafford says he disagrees with the judge's decision to exclude evidence that showed Rafferty's laptop computer was used to search and view child porn.

The findings are among a number of troubling details about Rafferty's character that the court deemed inadmissible. The evidence has been made public now that the jury is sequestered.

Speaking outside the courthouse on the first full day of deliberations, Stafford said he believes the information would have had a tremendous impact on the trial.
