We know TA got angry with her and called her bluff, called her a sociopath, said he was going to tell EVERYONE about her dishonesty.... and than was May 26th.

We know JA left June 2 to spend the night with Matt; then June 3 she was at Darryl's sponging up a breakfast, running to Pasadena, up to Salinas to get her nails done;heading to Mesa to arrive June 4, early AM, so she says.

We know, based upon her statements with Det. Flores, JA had the PIN numbers to TA's garage, his ATM ("He would ask me to pick up cash for him..." probably on days she was "borrowing" his car!), his fb/myspace accounts (she said they exchanged this as a symbol of trust), had his telephone access numbers (admitted to reading his text messages and even falsely responding to an message sent to him), and had access to his computer. Wow.

So. TA blasts her and she drives over to see him, veering from her intent to see if there were "sparks" between Ryan and herself--- Ryan, according to Chris Hughes, was the next rising star in PPL.

Now. She says she gets to Travis' and he IS awake.
Says he DID carry her luggage and back pack to the closet of his bedroom. IMO, JA quietly moved the gun and the knife to the linen closet in the bathroom. It was here the gun shell casing was found--- at the base near the sink closest to that linen closet. And she squirreled the knife and the gun in the closet.

After stabbing him, he went to the sink area to see the damage done; she may have pulled the gun at this point while he was standing at the sink but ME states there was no blood blee-out in the brain as the heart was not pumping. So Down the hall we go to finish the blood bleed out; and that is where she cuts his throat.

Hauling his body back, Travis is going thru the death throes and this scares JA as Travis is obviously nearly decapitated. So, by the sink, she grabs the gun from the closet, dropping the knife on the floor; she shoots Travis here sending blood splatter (NOT free flow blood but force driven droplets) up near blinds, ceiling.

She places his body in the shower; after all, earlier, when he was seated in the shower, she was busy figuring out exactly how to put him in there. He modeled it for her...

So. IMO, the gun and the knife were carried into the closet; she unpacked and placed them in the linen closet.
This is why her, "climb up the shelving" story was NOT well thought out--- she NEVER climbed the shelves for she would have seen the shoes dumped! Pegs would have pulled out.

I wonder if there was any 'inappropriate contact' with MM that night...Sure would not suprise me, especially if later this guy was 'willing to lie for her'.

I think that the 'Ryan' thing was ALWAYS a cover story. Jodi NEVER had any real interest in him.

She could have put the weapons in the closet, but that one point is iffy to me. Some people grab a towel from the closet when they wash/shower (we do)---In any case I think having two weapons sitting in their for even an hour would have been very risky. Maybe she even had her purse in the bathroom on the floor or something---(saying needed to do her makeup or something). Knife at least had to be in close proximity as that was what she used FIRST, but not convinced about the closet as hiding place.

I do not believe the facts support a gunshot midway in the attack. Travis did try to get down the hall, presumably for help or trying to get away. She probably stabbed him in the hall also, but then cut his throat near the end by the bedroom. He must have collapsed, but was NOT dead.

Travis is then shot IMO after she gets his body back to the bathroom. So much anger and cruelty in this crime...

I don't think she was at all concerned with how he was placed in the shower. She just rolled/pulled him and unceremoniously and coldly dumped him in. She had no feelings---has no feelings. She had to get somethings together and get out of there and it was already after 5:30. She probably didn't know if someone would be coming home soon. As it is, she probably only left minutes before that one roommate got home at 6 or so...
