HaLeigh Cummings was reported missing on February 10, 2009.
The public’s perception of the facts and circumstances that surrounded little HaLeigh’s sudden disappearance has always been information completely controlled by the Putnam County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) and Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) – the two local law enforcement agencies with legal jurisdiction.
The first thing that needs to be understood by the novice in issues involving crime is jurisdiction. Jurisdiction determines who controls the investigation. As long as there is no evidence that the missing child has been taken over a state line it is not a federal issue, per say.
Typically, a sheriff’s office would graciously bring in the Federal Bureau of Investigation because of the massive resources that agency has. In this case, the FBI received occasional lip-service but little more – PCSO and FDLE wanted control.
That attitude is not how you solve crimes – but it can keep a lot of real dirty cops out of serious federal trouble.
In April of 2009, I was contacted by a private investigator named William ‘COBRA’ Staubs. He was employed by Florida Attorney Kim Picazio who was acting as the pro-bono attorney for HaLeigh Cummings’ mother, Crystal Sheffield. Staubs was also under written contract with John Marcus Sheffield, HaLeigh’s grandpa, and Ruby Kanger, HaLeigh’s step great-grandma.
All of Staubs’ connections were with the maternal side of HaLeigh Cummings’ family.
Adding to the mix of confusing professional relationships was Staubs’ business relationship with a has-been journalist named Art Harris. Staubs told me he had paid Harris $5,000 to cover a few of his investigative activities in Satsuma accompanied by a camera-man.
Harris would then go on the Nancy Grace Show and Jane Valez Mitchell Show on the HLN television cable channel where he would be introduced as an award winning reporter. He would ‘report’ to the American public on the HaLeigh Cummings case.
Apparently, prostituting the name of a little five year-old missing girl with Turner’s syndrome to line one’s own pocket had stopped being something Grace advocated against, as she was now the lead pimp.
I soon realized while reading the never-ending stream of sensationalized half-true garbage created by Harris, that Staubs was behind these terrible articles written primarily about a young girl named Misty Croslin.
But it didn’t take long to figure out that Staubs was not the only dirty little parasite riding the on the name of HaLeigh Cummings.
I soon realized that Picazio and the has-been reporter, Harris, were also associates, and he was literally slandering certain people by sheer design as to re-direct the public’s attention (this was verified to be true in official BAR proceedings against Picazio because she admitted it under oath and bragged about it) away from what really happened.
Remember all of that when (and if) you tune into Nancy Grace and Jane Valez Mitchell. There is lots of really neat colors and banners but their guests are paid to lie.
As a former newspaper reporter and magazine writer who adheres to journalistic ethics and Associated Press format, reading Harris’ articles was like breathing in the smell of rotten flesh covered with maggots – journalistically, is was so offensive I could not even mentally process it or ever get used to it (the way Grace and Mitchell apparently did.)
Nonetheless, I became interested in the information Staubs was giving me – he was blurting out all kinds of information about serious crimes he said Picazio was committing and backing it up with witnesses. When I followed up with Picazio I obtained even more verification because she never shuts her mouth.
In time I learned exactly why Staubs actually decided to telephone me – he had found himself involved in a world of serious criminal activity and was hoping I would publish media pieces that would deflect attention away from him, while outing and embarrassing his foes and partners in crime.
Staubs was already in deep trouble by the time he ever called me – a perfect stranger in Minnesota.
After months and months of interview with many players and figures, I began to put the tiny puzzle pieces together (without the advantage of seeing the original picture of the puzzle) and small portions of a larger picture began to emerge.
No other media organization, reporter, or journalist in the United States or anywhere else has ever even come close to obtaining the amount of information I have secured. Certainly, no media agency anywhere has even gotten close to giving the American public the true story about HaLeigh’s disappearance.
Because of the amount of emails I am receiving by readers asking me questions, I am preparing the following body of information to offer some insight into the truth about what happened to HaLeigh.
The following information was obtained from privately obtained testimony, verified statements of witnesses, and public documents. It will provide the honest person a scary glimpse into the biggest state sponsored hoax to be visited upon the American public in recent law enforcement history.
The basic facts are simple.
On February 10, 2009, in the early morning hours, an emergency 911 telephone call was made by a teen-aged girl named Misty Croslin - she was the babysitter of HaLeigh Cummings and live-in girlfriend of HaLeigh’s father. Croslin reported to the police that she (1) went to bed (2) both of the children under her care were okay when she went to bed (3) she woke up to get a drink of water/go to the bathroom (4) saw the kitchen light was on (5) noticed the back door was open and it was held open by a piece of cinder block (6) quickly checked on the children and noticed HaLeigh Cummings was gone.
When the PCSO arrived at the crime-scene they were legally obligated by the most basic procedural protocol to secure the crime scene. Protecting the integrity of any and all evidence that may exist at a crime-scene is akin to teaching a child to not stick their finger in a light-socket.
It is a staggering reality that Florida law enforcement has ever even had the audacity to show their faces in front of television cameras while speaking out loud, other people’s names.
It is truly a shame and an embarrassment to our country that a state could allow this to happen to their very own children with no outcry whatsoever (with the exception of Child Advocate Rebecca Thomas.)
The simple idea that the PCSO would act as if they were some kind of authority with investigative competence and possessed morals enough to speak their words with a straight face is downright creepy.
The actions taken by Florida law enforcement at the crime-scene of HaLeigh Cummings’ abduction would make any competent investigator’s head spin completely around – the failures, I would learn, would appear less and less innocent as weeks and months passed and I continued to conducts interviews.
Here are a few disturbing failures of Florida law enforcement that no longer appear to be just God-awful horrible police work, but rather, criminal in its intent.
After arriving at the crime-scene, the PCSO (1) would not release their two tracking dogs from the vehicle despite pleas from the child's grandmother, Teresa Neves (that is stomach churning) (2) dragged the child's bedding outside and hung it on the railing (completely contaminating the evidence) rendering it useless at any subsequent trial (3) did not take into evidence either house door (until many days later) therefore losing any chance to find finger-prints on the door that could point to the intruder with enough integrity to hold up in court (4) failed to look into a nearby dumpster until many days later, (5) lost the door after they finally did decide to take it into evidence.
Those types of failures do not happen accidently – they are done on purpose.
Go through them one by one and a clear picture emerges:
They did not release the tracking dogs because they were afraid of what the dogs might find. HaLeigh’s grandma, Teresa Neves, kept asking the officers why they were not setting the dogs loose and she was essentially ignored (who gave the orders to keep the dogs in vehicle?) That is too unbelievable for words. They told Neves they were waiting for dogs to come from Jacksonville. If HaLeigh had been lying in the woods bleeding to death or freezing she could have died in that time. The PCSO didn’t seem too worried about that though, did they?
They dragged HaLeigh’s bedding out to the railing for the Jacksonville dogs to sniff. That was a crime for its actual intent. They did it to contaminate any and all evidence on the sheets. Why would they do that, you ask? The answer to that question is self-evident. They knew the identity of the abductor and did not want the abductor’s DNA preserved with integrity.
They did not take the house doors into evidence for the same reasons they contaminated the bedding and refused to release the dogs. The door(s) held valuable and incriminating evidence such as DNA and fingerprints. They didn’t want anyone to know who used or touched the door that night that didn’t live in the house.
They didn’t look in the nearby dumpster because that is a dirty stinky job and they already knew HaLeigh was not in the dumpster.
They lost the door because it posed a problem to them.
It is interesting to note that a senior high school class in Florida was given the exact same situation found at the crime scene of HaLeigh Cummings’ disappearance and asked how they would process the crime-scene. The high school class executed the proper procedures and protocols and received an “A” – the PCSO and FDLE did not do as good of a job as high school kids.
In the vein of high school mentality, I would be remiss not to mention that PCSO Dominic Piscatello whined and blamed the crime scene fiasco on the FDLE, the way a little brat kid blames his friend after they both get caught smoking by their dad.
As I continued conducting interviews and piecing together facts, I discovered that the PCSO authored press releases that were completely false - prepared with the express intent to (1) trick the American public into believing they were searching for HaLeigh Cummings (2) following up on leads (3) implicate Misty Croslin.
Here would be an interesting exercise in data gathering. How many times have PCSO personnel regurgitated the phrase “Misty holds the key” over and over and over again to the media since HaLeigh disappeared?
Really? So where's the door?
In one instance of a false press release, the PCSO claimed they had obtained and reviewed videos from various business locations where credible sightings and reports to law enforcement made possible that surveillance cameras may have picked up visual footage of HaLeigh Cummings and/or her abductors – they had in fact done no such thing and were completely lying when they said they contacted the businesses.
I know that because I telephoned the Goodwill Emporium in North Augusta, Georgia and spoke with a corporate manager. He told me they had never been contacted about their videos, nor had their local police department.
Why would a law enforcement agency lie about watching a video involving a kidnapped five year-old when they actually never did watch it?
It gets worse.
Ranking officers of the PCSO and FDLE are factually documented as being completely aware of a fake search that was conducted at a staged secondary crime-scene at San Mateo, Florida on March 22, 2009. The search rendered planted items of evidence that were placed in advance to make HaLeigh Cummings appear dead or taken far away.
PCSO Major Gary Bowling admitted to me he knew about the fake search. The only reason Bowling telephoned me at all was because he made the mistake of threatening me through Child Advocate Rebecca Thomas and said he would have me put in jail if I continued to release recordings of his voice.
Upon receiving a threat from this small-time thug and bully of grieving grandmothers, I sent a letter to Putnam County officials asking if it was their intent to sue me (yeah, he threatened to do that too) or take legal action against me.
The participants of the fake search at San Mateo were: John Marcus Sheffield (HaLeigh's maternal grandpa), Connie Sheffield (HaLeigh's step-grandma), Marie Griffis (HaLeigh's grandma), Ruby Kanger (HaLeigh's step great-grandma), Jeremiah Regan (unemployed self-proclaimed public relations specialist), John Regan (self proclaimed minister and law enforcement impersonator), William Eugene 'COBRA' Staubs (licensed private investigator/bounty hunter), and Judy Lucia (dog handler and legitimately concerned citizen.)
The items found at the fake search were a set of car keys, suitcase containing a map, men's socks, inhaler, children's toys, and glove with red stains.
According to Major Bowling, the planting of said evidence at the staged secondary crime-scene did not advance the PCSO’s investigation so they didn’t pay attention to it.
Staubs admitted to me the items were planted.
John Marcus Sheffield, Jeremiah Regan, and Staubs each told me that Staubs tried to have the items entered into police custody but the police would not take the items.
So, members of the maternal family of HaLeigh Cummings and their media team planted evidence and then tried to enter it into police custody as if it was legitimate. Yet, the PCSO and FDLE do not believe there is anything wrong with any of this?
If you are wondering what FDLE agent I am refering to as having all this knowledge, his name is Special Agent Dominck Pape. It is all factually documented.
Well, let’s take a look at what they were really trying to do at San Mateo.
John Marcus Sheffield told me that they found a set of car keys at the search. He then said the keys belonged to Kristina ‘Nay Nay’ Prevatt’s car. He then said Misty Croslin was driving around San Mateo with Prevatt and another girl named Amber Brooks, the night HaLeigh Disappeared.
So, HaLeigh’s grandpa tried to implicate Misty Croslin in HaLeigh’s disappearance and the PCSO and FDLE do not believe they need to interview him at all – much less arrest him.
The average reader might be beginning to see what is actually happening here.
As is shown by nearly every single public statement released by Florida law enforcement in this case, the investigation being conducted by the PCSO is focused and centered on only one person – Misty Croslin – despite the fact that she sat down with them for some 30 hours without an attorney – despite the fact there is not one single shred of evidence against her – they keep saying her name over and over to the media.
The reason law enforcement was not interested in real evidence or guilty people who were actually acting suspicious is because they had no plans of anyone (including Misty Croslin) ever going to trial for the crime – it was supposed to go cold and fade away.
The plan to frame/blame Misty Croslin does not stop with John Marcus Sheffield.
Staubs told me all about a detailed plan that Picazio had, which involved PCSO Detective Peggy Cone. The plan was for Staubs to falsely claim to Cone that Gregory Page admitted to Staubs that he had been with Misty Croslin the night HaLeigh disappeared.
And yet again, the PCSO knew all about Picazio’s felony plan because Staubs reported it to Captain Piscatello.
Did you ever hear about that from First Coast News, the Orlando Sentinel or Jacksonville Times-Union? No, but they probably managed to kick out some real riveting news pieces about someone allegedly putting a dead rat in a mail-box.
Staubs told me that Cone said the police know for a fact that Misty Croslin was sleeping four inches from HaLeigh Cummings at the moment the child was abducted. He told me he could be “assassinated” for even telling me that and his sources could be “executed easily.”
It is even said that someone secretly recorded Cone. Yes sir.
I wonder why someone is at risk of being murdered in the State of Florida for saying the exact same thing Misty Croslin reported to the police the night HaLeigh Cummings disappeared.
Let’s re-visit that.
Croslin told law enforcement HaLeigh was sleeping next to her, and when she woke up, HaLeigh was gone.
PCSO Detective Peggy Cone says the same thing, but you damn well better not repeat it or your dead.

Re: The Misty Croslin Hoax UPDATED WITH MORE FROM TIM....
Tim has never actually told me WHO LE is protecting but he has said it from the beginning. Please take some time & check out his site. http://writeintoaction.com. Please take a look at all of the documents that he has sent off to officials (top right hand side of his site).
Personally, I adore Tim and I believe he is an upstanding guy that just wants to get to the bottom of what happened to HaLeigh. I have the utmost respect for Tim (haha, I call him "My Knight") As I have stated before, I have yet to read or see anything, that Tim could not back up with PROOF. Here is his newest piece below. I have numerous emails, etc. from Tim & one of these days, I'll get them all posted but in the mean time...Please...take a look at his site. Everything is there.

Does John love Mary?
Using intelligence to find HaLeigh Cummings
March 13, 2010
By Timothy Charles Holmseth
At some time in our lives, often as children, we have all gazed up at the sky and made something out in the clouds such as a shape or a word. Perhaps we saw our name written out just as clear as a bell – perhaps we saw what looked like an elephant or resembled a car – it’s always a fun activity on a cross country trips with the kids.
Watching nature create small illusions such as the appearance of water on extremely hot tar in the middle of the summer out on the highway is fascinating. But it is just that; nature and an optical illusion.
Then there are other scenarios that are not quite as simple.
Let’s say for instance you are walking down the beach and the powerful waves pounding against the shore are forming grooves and marks in the sand as sea shells and branches and debris scrape the belly of the beach.
As you proceed with your walk along the beach, you look down and you see the words “John loves Mary” written in the sand with a little heart circled around it.
As you look at the words carved out on the sandy beach, do you stop and say, “Wow, look what the waves did – that is just amazing how the waves did that!”
I think not.
I think you smile, as you instantly realize that somewhere there is a man named John who very much loves a girl named Mary – he loves her enough to take a stick and write it in the sand. There is no doubt in your mind about it, and you look in all directions to see if perhaps you can catch a glimpse of the couple walking along the beach.
The preceding example can be used as a mental tool to understand what happened to HaLeigh Cummings.
I am going to share with you something that has never been reported by the mainstream media. When I am done, I believe you will realize that although clouds sometimes look like elephants, waves don’t write “John loves Mary” on the beach.
During an interview I conducted with Ft. Lauderdale Private Investigator William ‘COBRA’ Staubs amidst his so-called “investigation” into the disappearance of HaLeigh Cummings; he told me all about a pair of blue-jeans he had found.
Staubs said he found some blue-jeans in the garbage at the home of Ronald Cummings.
The jeans, he said, appeared to have blood on them and had a rip in the rear-end, such as one might get if they tried to climb over a barbed-wire fence and got their butt snagged on the fence.
Staubs told me over and over that the jeans looked like they would fit Misty Croslin.
These facts and circumstances were verified to me by Donald Knop, former team member of Attorney Kim Picazio.
Both Staubs and Knop told me that Staubs telephoned and texted the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) many, many times in effort to report the evidence find – Knop said they actually took photos of the text messages to prove how hard they tried to get law enforcement to come out and retrieve the ‘evidence’ found in Ronald Cummings’ garbage.
The PCSO refused to come and pick up the jeans, so Staubs finally bagged them up and brought them down to the PCSO and entered them into evidence, himself.
Staubs told me the jeans were logged in as evidence and he received a receipt for them.
Now, let’s think about this, folks.
Staubs arrived in Satsuma, Florida on March 11, 2009. At that time, HaLeigh Cummings had already been missing for a month.
First let’s address the obvious question; shall we? How in the world could COBRA Staubs find a pair of blue jeans that appear to have blood on them (red stains) in the garbage at the home of Ronald Cummings, over a month after HaLeigh was abducted?
The PCSO and Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) most certainly went through the garbage at the crime-scene; right?
Well, actually, maybe not, which is why Staubs was able to pull this little stunt?
It is important to think hard about this and concentrate. Remember, the water is crashing up onto the beach and you need to determine whether or not sea shells and sticks are digging meaningful words into the sand by pure chance; or not.
Think about it.
Staubs calls the PCSO over and over reporting what he found, yet, they simply ignore him. Does that make sense? A licensed private investigator in the state of Florida is advising law enforcement he has found a pair of jeans with a rip in the butt and what appears to be blood stains on the legs, in the garbage at the home of the missing child’s father – the home child disappeared from – and they ignore him.
Shouldn’t law enforcement come roaring out with sirens blaring?
Perhaps not.
Perhaps law enforcement knew damn well this pair of jeans was simply more evidence that had been planted by Staubs, which he hoped would be entered into police evidence and used to implicate Misty Croslin.
The PCSO could not go retrieve the jeans from Staubs because they knew they were planted. Why don’t they arrest Staubs for planting evidence, you ask? Well, they never took the garbage from the house, so how can they prove he planted them?
They didn’t take the garbage from the house because they already knew what happened to HaLeigh – why get their hands dirty? They never expected satellite trucks.
It is now a Catch-22 for the PCSO.
If the world finds out they didn’t take the garbage from the crime-scene, these half-wit moron detectives are all going to have to wear dunce hats and sit in the corner.
But PCSO detectives being half-wits is not the entire problem.
On the night HaLeigh Cummings disappeared, the PCSO also (1) refused to release the two tracking dogs from the car while Haleigh’s grandmother, Teresa Neves repeatedly asked them why they would not release the dogs (2) failed to take into evidence either door to the house so it could be tested for fibers and fingerprints (3) drug HaLeigh’s bedding outside and hung it on a railing, therefore completely contaminating it for future DNA testing or trial (4) failed to check a nearby dumpster even though that is missing persons procedure 101.
These failures were not accidental and Staubs already knew it – he too already knew what had actually happed the night of February 9-10, 2009.
Staubs knew, that they knew, that he knew, that they knew…
He was clever in the way he applied pressure on the PCSO.
Now, what do I mean by “more evidence that had been planted by Staubs” you wonder?
I will explain.
We need to take a look at the other times Staubs and his little gang of con-artists and criminals miraculously found items that appeared to have ‘blood’ on them.
It is a pattern.
On March 22, 2009, Marie Griffis, John Marcus Sheffield, Ruby Kanger, Connie Sheffield, COBRA Staubs, Jeremiah Regan, John Regan, Judy Lucia (innocent party and dog-handler) assembled to conduct a search on an area of land at San Mateo, Florida.
The area had been visited in advance by someone and was set up to look like a secondary crime-scene and possible exchange point for HaLeigh Cummings through use of planted items.
Whoever staged this scene wanted HaLeigh Cummings to appear either dead or gone.
Among the planted items found at the fake search was a glove with red stains on it. The glove was found by the unemployed twenty-six year-old ne’er-do-well, Jeremiah Regan, who, according to Lucia, held it up on a stick and announced that it looked like “it had blood on it.”
Sound familiar?
Just like those jeans, eh?
Jeremiah Regan told me personally he found the glove and gave it to COBRA Staubs.
Major Gary Bowling, PCSO, told me he knew the search was fake and the items were planted – he added that it didn’t advance his investigation in any way so the PCSO was not worried about it.
You don’t say, Gary?
I guess un-raveling the mystery of ‘Misty’s Timeline’ was consuming all of the PCSO’s valuable investigative time and resources.
However, John Marcus Sheffield told me Misty Croslin was driving around San Mateo the night HaLeigh disappeared and they found a set of keys at that fake search that would prove it.
Oh-ohhhhhhh.
I guess the evidence found at San Mateo did have meaning – it meant someone was trying to frame Misty Croslin and his name was John Marcus Sheffield with help from his private investigator COBRA Staubs (and a few others.)
Sorry Gary, you’re just not getting out of this one, are you? You can threaten to have me arrested and sue me, later.
Staubs told me point blank the items were planted.
Jeremiah Regan told me Staubs was supposed to turn the evidence into law enforcement.
Staubs tried to turn fake search evidence into Captain Dominic Piscitello but he told Staubs he didn’t want the evidence.
Why not, Captain America?
So, the PCSO did not want Staubs’ planted evidence – at the same time, they were not arresting him for planting it.
They couldn’t arrest him – he knew all their dirty little secrets through his private investigations – Putnam County, Florida is a cess pool of rottenness and police corruption is the worst kept secret of all.
But there’s more, folks.
As the story about the ill-fated fake search at San Mateo began to get out, it became a problem, because a ‘bloody glove’ found at the same location where a dog finds some children’s toys while tracking the actual scent of a missing child can draw a lot of attention.
Unfortunately, it didn’t matter. The Florida media seems to be as lazy as Otis Campbell on a Sunday morning, or, stoned on the xanax the PCSO gets a cut on, so bogus press releases from Lt. Johnny Greenwood is all the population ever heard.
Pathetic.
I will tell you how they tried to solve the problem regarding the bloody glove Jeremiah Regan found.
A few weeks after the San Mateo search, a piece of cloth was found along a roadside.
Would you like to take a guess at who found it?
Yes, you are correct.
It was found by Jeremiah Regan and COBRA Staubs.
It had red stains on it. It was taken in as evidence by the PCSO after Jeremiah Regan called them to the scene.
Red stains.
Sound familiar?
Shortly after the cloth with red stains was found, Attorney Kim Picazio went on national television and made quick mention of a sheet her ‘investigators’ found that appeared to have blood on it, noting that it turned out to be nothing.
Wow. Now Jeremiah Regan is an ‘investigator.’ He didn’t have job or a driver’s license but he was now Attorney Picazio’s investigator.
The entire ‘bloody sheet’ incident was staged and planned, as to confuse anyone who may be asking questions about the stories circulating about a ‘bloody glove’ found at the San Mateo search.
It was a cover story – a lie to cover a lie – all mental midgets do crap like that and this case is full of them.
The bloody sheet incident has a very special little twist to it that needs to be considered as you continue to determine whether or not you are watching coincidences or pre-mediated behavior and police corruption in the HaLeigh Cummings investigation.
At the exact moment the ‘bloody sheet’ was being found near a rural road-side outside of Satsuma by Jeremiah Regan and COBRA Staubs, something quite interesting was taking place in town.
At a place called the HaLeigh Bug Center, which was located in Satsuma, a PCSO Detective named Peggy Cone was parking her car. According to Donald Knop, who was there and witnessed it, Cone got out of car and walked over to Attorney Kim Picazio and talked to her for a few minutes?
As Cone drove away, Picazio walked up to Knop and told him to go warn Jeremiah Regan to get away from COBRA Staubs because Staubs was going to be arrested.
Did you catch that, folks?
PCSO Detective Peggy Cone warned Attorney Picazio in advance so Jeremiah Regan could be moved out of the picture before the police moved.
Do not lose the significance of this event, folks. You are trying to differentiate between coincidental acts of nature, and pre-mediated acts, executed with careful deliberation and forethought.
Why is a detective on the HaLeigh Task Force seeking out the attorney of Crystal Sheffield and alerting her about a pending arrest so one person can be protected?
Why is Jeremiah Regan being shielded from arrest by a PCSO detective?
Let’s just take a quick look at Jeremiah Regan, shall we?
-He appears to be present in CNN footage taken of a candle-light vigil held immediately (within a day or two) after HaLeigh’s disappearance.
-He was sexually involved with Crystal Sheffield, while she was engaged to be married to a man named Chad Griffis.
-He was involved with Crystal Sheffield before HaLeigh Cummings disappeared and he went to great lengths to hide it.
-He was sexually involved with Florida Attorney Kim Picazio, who happens to be married with children, while she was representing Crystal Sheffield.
-He purchased a web domain called www.haleighbug.com where a photoshopped picture made to look like Crystal Sheffield held HaLeigh Cummings lovingly, scrolled across the screen as cash donations were solicited and encouraged.
-He provided the physical address of the Law Office of Kim Picazio for his website.
-He visited drug-dealers with his father, John Regan, to collect money for HaLeigh’s family.
-He assisted his father, John Regan, as the two took action to dissuade and prevent a victim’s advocate named Wayanne Kruger, a mandated reporter, from reporting to law enforcement that Marie Griffis had told her she believed HaLeigh had been sexually molested.
-He found a glove with red stains on it at a fake search.
-He found a sheet or piece of cloth with red stains on it during another ‘search.’
-He was officially reported to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office as being the man a woman saw in the company of HaLeigh Cummings at a Tiger Express gas station on April 26, 2009, in Brunson, South Carolina.
I could keep going but that will serve for the purposes needed here.
There are certain people that Florida law enforcement simply cannot question or arrest for reasons that are not within the law.
Here are few of those people: Jeremiah Regan, John Regan, and John Marcus Sheffield.
The reason these people cannot be questioned or arrested is because they hold knowledge in their heads about each other, as well as information about the illegal activities of Florida law enforcement and organized crime.
Let’s recap:
COBRA Staubs finds a pair of jeans he claims are Misty Croslin’s in the garbage of Ronald Cummings’ house over a month after HaLeigh Cummings is abducted. The jeans have red stains on them and a snag in the butt as if someone had been out jumping rural barbed-wire fences and got snagged. He attempts to turn in the jeans but the PCSO does not want them. He subsequently enters the jeans into evidence himself and receives a receipt for them. Staubs is not arrested for planting evidence even though the PCSO and FDLE should know they were planted, if in fact they had ever taken the garbage from the crime-scene, which they apparently didn’t, which is why Staubs was able to shove the jeans in their face like that.
COBRA Staubs and the gang hold a fake search at San Mateo, Florida. Jeremiah Regan finds a glove with red stains on it at the ‘search.’ The PCSO knows about it but does not question or arrest anyone. Major Gary Bowling says none of it advances their investigation any so they are not paying attention to it. However, that’s a lie, because John Marcus Sheffield (a former employee of the PCSO) is running around telling people they found a set of car keys at the search that match the ignition to a car owned by Kristina ‘Nay Nay’ Prevatt who he says Misty Croslin was with the night HaLeigh Cummings was abducted. When Staubs tries to give the keys to PCSO Captain Dominic Piscitello, Putnam County’s finest doesn’t want the keys. For an entire year the PCSO has been bawling about ‘Misty’s Timeline’ when HaLeigh grandpa claims he has solved the mystery of ‘Misty’s Timeline’ through his search at San Mateo. The PCSO and FDLE will not question Haleigh’s grandpa about all illegal things he is doing.
COBRA Staubs and Jeremiah Regan find a piece of cloth, or sheet, along the roadside that has red stains on it. Jeremiah Regan calls the PCSO and they take the sheet into evidence. Then, Attorney Kim Picazio goes on national TV and tells the viewers that her investigators found a sheet that looked like it had blood on it, but adds that after further testing it turned out to be nothing. The whole bloody sheet story was created to cover for the ill-fated sophomoric fake search at San Mateo because people were starting to talk about the bloody glove. If anyone asked about the bloody glove they could now just say the person must be mistaken – that a sheet was found but it turned out to be nothing. As the sheet was being found by Jeremiah Regan and Staubs, PCSO Detective Peggy Cone visits the HaLeigh Bug Center in Satsuma to alert Attorney Picazio to law enforcement’s plan to arrest Staubs, as to give Picazio a chance to get Jeremiah Regan away from Staubs.
Attorney Picazio told me she had been warning Staubs that the police wanted him to leave town. She said he could have avoided arrest if he would have followed her warnings.
Are you catching this, folks?
The PCSO didn’t just simply arrest Staubs for a crime they alleged he committed, as would be normal procedure if law enforcement is aware of a crime that has been committed. Instead, they told Attorney Picazio, Crystal Sheffield’s attorney, to warn him that he needed to leave town or he would be arrested.
Attorney Picazio told me she had been in contact with several PCSO detectives and officials, as well as a State’s Attorney named Joseph Boatwright, in advance of Staubs’ arrest. She said Boatwright promised to be in touch with her on the matter as things proceeded.
Attorney Picazio was not Staubs’ attorney, yet the state’s attorney’s office in Putnam County was discussing Staubs’ possible pending arrest with her.
Are you catching this, folks? You are watching for signs because you want to know if all these activities were guided or accidental.
Attorney Picazio was at great odds with Staubs at the time he was arrested.
Staubs reported Picazio to PCSO Captain Piscitello about her little plan to frame a man named Gregory Page and Misty Croslin – Detective Cone was in on it with Picazio.
Of course, the fact that they both knew the actual welfare status of HaLeigh Cummings didn’t help with their mutual ultra-paranoia of the other – knowing HaLeigh was “healthy, well-fed, and growing” while pretending to not know and creating false leads, might get you 20.
So, do you think Captain Piscitello even took a police report regarding Staubs’ police report about Picazio’s solicitation to frame two people?
No, I am not trying to be funny and the answer is, “No, he didn’t.”
Attorney Picazio told me that Staubs advised her that he knew the police were covering up the truth about what happened to HaLeigh Cummings and he threatened to report them to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Attorney Picazio also told me Staubs directly confronted John Marcus Sheffield’s daughter, Sara Sheffield, about HaLeigh, and told her it was time to drop HaLeigh off at a McDonalds.
Well, the Ft. Lauderdale private investigator, bounty hunter, human-being impersonator and evidence-planter extraordinaire was finally arrested.
On May 22, 2009, he was arrested, alone, as predicted by Cone, on a charge of false imprisonment of a man named Daniel Snodgrass after Staubs detained the man during a bond revocation.
Staubs was alerted by PCSO Detective Ken Taylor that the PCSO wanted to question him about his detainment of Snodgrass.
That was a final warning shot for Staubs to shut up about the things he learned around Putnam County and leave town.
In the meantime, Attorney Picazio continuously advised Staubs to shut his mouth about things he knew and to go home to Ft. Lauderdale. She told Staubs’ girlfriend, Paula Andrews, that if he didn’t shut up and leave she was going to have him arrested.
And he was.
The charge is flimsy at best.
It went like this.
Staubs revoked the bond of an accused child rapist. He was given the man’s papers from the bond company at the direction of Cyril Parish, owner of Continental Heritage, and held Power of Attorney with the company – essentially, Staubs had every right to do it by law.
The bond revocation of Snodgrass was planned in advance by Staubs, Regan, disgraced missing child pimp, Art Harris, and Attorney Picazio.
How do I know that? Attorney Picazio told me all about it. They planned the whole event out in a restaurant. Harris was with Staubs so he could film the bond revocation – it was a public relations/dis-information stunt.
The plan would then be to air the footage on Harris’ website as well as talk about it on the HLN television network – the most odious and shameful exploiter of missing children for profit and demented egos in the world.
The horrible crimes Snodgrass is alleged to have committed against little girls would be discussed and the public would start to believe Snodgrass was involved with HaLeigh Cummings’ disappearance.
After arresting Snodgrass, Staubs was told by Parish, the boss, over the phone, to let Snodgrass go – so he did.
Two months later Staubs was arrested for false imprisonment.
Do you want to try a guess at who the filing attorney was?
Yes, you guessed right, again. The filing attorney was Attorney Picazio’s new buddy, Joseph Boatwright.
Here is the important question.
Why didn’t the PCSO arrest Staubs for planting evidence on so many occasions?
The reason is there were too many others involved, including a PCSO detective named Peggy Cone.
They finally isolated Staubs and arrested him.
Staubs was an example for everyone else to look at – don’t mess with the people who run Putnam County.
Do you believe so much criminal activity in a missing child’s case could be taking place without any of the participants ever being questioned by law enforcement?
How many bloody gloves and bloody sheets and bloody blue jeans and whatever else has to be found by the same group of people before the county or state law enforcement make arrests?
It must be a lot because it never did happen in the HaLeigh Cummings investigation.
The purpose of this piece is not to tell the whole story because that can’t be done in 5,000 words or less.
Rather, I simply ask you to think about the words written on the beach – do you think it was just a coincidence?
I would think if one could believe that, they could also believe that a tornado hit a building in Minnesota tonight and a keyboard was slung all about, typing out all these words by accident, asking you to ask yourself:
“Does John love Mary?”
I know he does.
