I totally don't like marinadedave and have always thought he was bit naive about how awful George and Cindy are IMO. His rant shows it once again when he claims Skye is young and couldn't be River's twin. I'm not saying they are twins, but the Flicker photos/slideshow show an older Skye posted March 4 this year. Sometimes people leave up better pics on their myspace than they actually look like in the present.


For anyone who might have missed River's picture, the flicker slideshow or if Skye's myspace disappears, I've screen saved most of the myspace and River's picture and the sideshow. I don't know how to post it here though. But if anyone can tell me how, I'll do it.

I'm waiting to see if the Defense complains about it when the time comes. I somehow don't think they will. I'm beginning to wonder if the Defense leaked this to LE anyway. It's just funny to me how the Defense didn't protest the Prosecution wanting to withhold the new information from them.

I'm not sure Piper. I looked up Hearsay at Wikipedia and it can get confusing. The way I understand it, it sounds like since River did not see the accident or see Caylee die, the statement would be hearsay evidence to the fact that Caylee's death was an accident, and not admissible. However, it would be admissible as evidence that George said Caylee's death was an accident.

If that is correct, George would probably testify that he never said that and one of them would be guilty of perjury. Any way you slice it, it would be a he said/she said situation.

I checked out the link Julie. I see that he got arrested yesterday. When I first saw the picture, I thought it was a female with short hair for some reason.

This could be the same River and her brother, Storm.
