Justice, the article also states Kristi's request to be released was turned down. Like . . .LE would release her!

I've been following this closely at Val's (The Hinky). I think Kristi killed Eric and not Timothy.

Have you seen the timeline that MLR (other Hinksters helped her) developed? It is awesome! Incredible! They have worked very hard in developing the timeline.

Can you post it here with credit to MLR and The Hinky?

Here's the Link:

Justice,

Thank you for posting the Timeline by MLR. She and others spent a tremendous amount of time researching and developing the timeline. I think they did an awesome job!

It is my understanding the timeline has been submitted to Det. Myers, Lead Detective in Eric Preimesberger's case.

Regarding the video . . . . I think Timothy is one weird dude! Creepy!

BLOOMFIELD — Though it happened more than 900 miles away, murder never felt so to close to home for Kay Wilson.
Wilson is the mother of Eric Preimesberger, a 29-year-old father of two, who allegedly was murdered by his brother-in-law in Reno, Nev., in April, according to police reports.

Though police didn't find Eric's body until August 19, Wilson has known since April that her son was dead. She claims she even felt the exact moment that Eric passed. All along, she knew what everyone else suspected: Her son was murdered.

Now, Wilson must remain quiet about other things she suspects, she said. Due to ongoing investigations, she is unable to share her own premonitions. Yet, parts of this mystery are unfolding.

Reno homicide detectives arrested Preimesberger's wife, Kristi Michelle Preimesberger, and her brother, Timothy Wayne Morgan, on Aug. 13. The two were being held in Roseville, Minn., for respective charges of possession of marijuana and child neglect.

A 25-year-old Oregon man pleaded not guilty Wednesday to a charge he fatally bludgeoned his sister’s husband in Reno and then dumped his body near Frenchman’s Reservoir in Plumas County.

A February 28 trial was scheduled for Timothy Wayne Morgan before Washoe District Judge Patrick Flanagan. Last week Morgan waived his preliminary hearing and remains in the Washoe County Jail in lieu of $1 million bail.

Lawyers argue over allowing confession of man suspected in Reno murder

Suspect told police he was a drug dealer, and the mafia killed his brother-in-law

Lawyers for an Oregon spiritual healer accused of the murder of his brother-in-law are set to argue later this month that his confession and drug dealing charges should not be used as evidence in his upcoming trial.

But prosecutor Derek Dreiling said in court papers that jurors need to know about Timothy Wayne Morgan’s “fantastic” lies to police and flight from the area so they may evaluate his credibility. He is accused of the April 24, 2010 open murder of Eric Preimesberger, 29, of Reno.

Thank you for the welcome.

Kay and I will be tag teaming info since the trial will not have live stream. It is gonna be difficult....

I would like to add my .02 cents before the jury selection starts....this is my opinion.....Eric was on the phone when his wife came home a dozen or so hours later than expected.....they argued about her being awol.....he was so angry with her that he told her he was taking the kids and leaving her....she got a baseball bat and beat him to near death. She drug him into the laundry room and called her brother for help. Before Tim got there Eric died in the laundry room. Eric's wife has now pinned the killing of Eric on her own brother.....

Then later Eric's widow beats another man in a bar with a tire iron......

hmmmmm.....do we see a pattern here???

There is so much more to tell....but can't......as it comes out at trial I can talk about it.

I would like to see this blog as well as others hopping with chatter when this all comes down.

As Kay releases ok'd info I will send it out.

Thanks again for the welcome......

Thanks for keeping Eric's name alive!

Hi, Randie!

Thanks for joining Reality Chatter. I look forward to the trial updates from you and Kay.

I know you will keep Eric's thread at The Hinky Meter updated and I am glad that you will also update here. For convenience and time, please feel free to copy and paste your comment from The Hinky here. I do that on several threads here. It is very time consuming to try to keep a thread here and at The Hinky updated with the same info. Hence, copy and paste!

Randie, I wish the trial was being live streamed. I'd like to see the witnesses testify.

I hope the Reno media cover this trial. It would be nice if they had a reporter in the court room "live blogging." However, I don't know if the Judge will even allow that in the court room. Do you know? Some judges don't allow texting or live blogging.

After following the many articles that Valhall (Val) wrote and the awesome timeline the Hinksters put together, I think Eric's wife is the one that killed him and she got her brother, Timothy, to take the rap for her.

Nice to see you here Ann-Tx!

If I understand correctly there will be no texting or live blogging in this court room.

Ya know Ann we owe you a debt of gratitude...you always have the info on the "docket" up and running....thank you for that.

As for me I have always wanted to give you a special thank you. You are the one that hooked me up with Peter Hyhatt's private email. I was able to get much statement analysis done with Peter when Eric came up missing.

So...thank you so much!

The next three weeks is gonnna be difficult.

I pray for justice....poor Eric. I wish you could have known him. You would have liked him. Very Happy

Take care Ann....I'll check in later.

Randi, thanks for the updates. Yes, I imagine the Defense want all of Kristi's bad acts introduced into testimony. I do believe the Defense will attempt to use Kristi to create reasonable doubt.

She and Tim both know that she killed Eric. I guess the game plan is for Tim to go on trial for Eric's murder, Defense uses Kristi to create reasonable doubt and if a jury finds Tim not guilty then they both walk free! Well, either way, Kristi has been "walking" free. I still find it hard to believe that she is not on trial for the murder of Eric or at the very least, as the charges are now, an accomplice. Just my opinion.

Randi, you are welcome. I remember giving you Peter's e-mail address. I am so glad you and Peter were able to work on Statement Analysis some time ago. I remember you sharing the info on The Hinky.

Regarding the docket and documents filed with the County District Clerk or Clerk of Court in cases I monitor closely, I am like "white on rice." I simply can not rely on the media.

Wow! It seems like it has been forever but Timothy Morgan's trial finally starts Monday with jury selection.

She is listed on Witness lists.

Until she testifies---she will not be let in the court room.

I hope media can get in that room today...they think jury selection will be done by noon.

The first testimony up after lunch is Kristie! (if the jury is selected)..

Trial continues for man accused of murdering his brother-in-law
Suspect's sister testifies she saw the killing

5:51 PM, Apr. 30, 2012

Reno Gazette-Journal -- Reno, NV

After a period of violence and arguing seemingly subsided, Kristi Preimesberger turned her head in time to see her brother swing a baseball bat to the back of her husband’s head, which inflicted a fatal wound.

Preimesberger and her brother, Timothy Wayne Morgan, then moved her husband’s lifeless body into a rental vehicle in their garage and later bought a commercial freezer that was supposed to be his coffin, according to her testimony Monday about the April 21, 2010, death of Eric Preimesberger, 29, of Reno. Morgan, 27, is charged with first-degree murder.

Her testimony continues Tuesday during the second day of trial before Washoe District Judge Patrick Flanagan. She has not been charged in the case.

I hope media can get in that room today...they think jury selection will be done by noon.

The first testimony up after lunch is Kristie! (if the jury is selected)..

That pizzes me off.......Cindy & George were allowed in, and I think Lee was permitted, but he didn't bother going.

Julie, the cases are different. CA & GA were the parents of the person on trial, and even though they were also witnesses, they could be in the courtroom in support of the defendent. In Kay's case, she is the mother of the victim, therefore since she is a witness, she cannot be in the court room until after she testifies. When my SIL was on trial for murdering my daughter, I was not going to be a witness, so I could be present the entire time. But, both my other daughters were witnesses, they couldn't come in until they testified. Does that make sense? I hope so. But remember, the judge bent over backwards for the defense and the parents of KC.

sitemama, Cindy and George Anthony were not allowed in the Court Room because Casey Anthony was their daughter.

Their attorney filed a Motion requesting they be allowed in the court room as the next of kin to the victim, Caylee Anthony.

Cheney Mason argued the Motion for the Defense, which was against the Anthony's being in the court room, and Jeff Ashton expressed there was no opposition from the State.

Judge Belvin Perry ruled the Anthony's could be in the Court Room. This was later extended to Lee Anthony also after a Motion was filed.

Personally, I think the Anthony's should not have been allowed in the Court Room. Casey Anthony was the next of kin to Caylee; not George and Cindy. George and Cindy were the grandparents which is not the next of kin. I think that the Anthony's had planned with the Defense for the Defense to oppose them being in the Court Room so the Defense could say they did not want the Anthony's in the court room as evidenced by their Argument. I would think the Defense loved having the Ants in the Court Room so they would be able to hear how every one testified and especially among the three of them. What a farce!

I found this article that has a little info about the Ants being allowed in the Court Room.

Last night I got to read posts.....I've been working double jobs (cleaning houses) and have this for the next four.

Kay is posting updates the best she can...I will from them if something is out of the ordinary. Is there an ordinary in a murder trial? Not....

Thanks to everyone on their updates, snippets, links, and clips.......bam!

Thank You for the note on WS. I have never been able to register. The one person I found updating is a friend of Kays. I dont know her. So, if anyone wants updates on WS Mayra is updating there.

I just called Kay and she not "up" yet.....I will check in with her later.

Baseball Bat Murder Trial

......move a freezer that smelled of decay to a forest. James Wyrick testified in Washoe District Court Tuesday that Morgan buried what was inside the freezer.

......Wyrick said Preimesberger, who is a spiritual advisor, told him the freezer contained items that were connected to bad 'entities.' Wyrick said he saw dirt and a trash bag inside the freezer. He also said Morgan burned the freezer, after burying what was inside.

........she said she repeatedly lied to authorities. She said she did not immediately tell them she actually saw Morgan murder Eric with a baseball bat.......

Testimony continues Wednesday.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
There is so much more to the story with this young man. With out posting info..... we all owe alot to him.

So many of us wanted to shout from the roof tops what James saw, knew, heard, smelled. But, we were told to keep our mouths shut. So....we did.

There's more to this.....

sitemama, no problem. I just wanted to correct the fact that the Ants got to be in the court room because their attorney won a Motion for them to be in the Court Room because they were considered the grandparents of Caylee Anthony, the victim, and were considered next of kin.

Strange that they did not support justice for Caylee but got to be in the court room as Caylee's (the victim) next of kin.

Sorry. I should have posted this on an Anthony thread and linked from here to there.

Do you remember how rough Kristi looked in her mug shot when she and Tim were arrested after being on the run?

The Defense rested without introducing any evidence or questioning any witnesses! Too bad. I was hoping that they would question Kristi as their key witness for the Defense.

Oops, that would have been a real gamble since I sincerely believe that Timothy did not kill Eric. I think Kristi did. JMO

Washoe jurors to deliberate case of Oregon man accused in brother-in-law's killing

Timothy Wayne Morgan / Provided to the RGJ

Jurors on Monday will begin deliberating a first-degree murder charge for an Oregon man accused of fatally beating his brother-in-law with a baseball bat and then burying his body in the wilderness.

Prosecutor Derek Dreiling on Thursday morning rested his case against Timothy Wayne Morgan, a 27-year-old spiritual healer . Morgan’s attorneys presented no evidence, and Morgan did not testify.

Because of court conflicts, jurors will be brought back on Monday to begin their deliberations. The trial began Monday before Washoe District Judge Patrick Flanagan.

Morgan is accused of the April 21, 2010, killing of Eric Preimesberger, 29, that occurred in Preimesberger’s Reno home on Red Baron Boulevard. Morgan’s sister, Kristi Preimesberger, testified that she saw her brother strike her husband in the back of the head with a baseball bat while he was sitting on the couch. Dreiling said Morgan swung a second time at the front of Eric Preimesberger’s head, breaking the bones in his face.

According to court testimony, the siblings then placed the lifeless body in Morgan’s rental car where it stayed for several days. The siblings then purchased a commercial freezer to store the body, but it broke when they were moving it into a storage unit. They then purchased salt and fertilizer from Walmart, and Morgan transferred the body into the freezer, court records show. Kristi Preimesberger then moved to Oregon. She is not charged in the case and now lives in Southern California.

Now that they are in deliberations I can say:

There was a "deal" between Tim and Kristie. If they ever got caught. They both were to give different stories. Then when reinterviewed they were to give different stories. Which in turn would cause LE to question them again......they would give different stories.

The theriory was to tell 6, 7 8, different stories and keep "things" muddled/muddied.

That said.....Time actually followed thru with this "plan".

Kristie set up her brother from the beginning. She had one story and was sticking to it. She did.

Now who would you believe if you were LE???!!!

There is so much more to tell..................

Frist: @Freckles...thank you for the kind words, hun. I hope I wasn't too defensive. Trying, emotional times here on several fronts.

Yosamity- I am one of the many who is of the mind that Tim did not kill Eric. As angry as I have felt w/Tim for putting a hurtin' on my son and my household, and the pain he has caused Eric's family, it hurts me to think he could go to the slammer for this thing. I really want to see him walk. In my understanding, Randie's above assessment of things is pretty much right on. The fact that Eric was on the phone that fateful night w/_______ is an important example. Are there no witnesses who will attest that Kristi was not home that night sick in bed as she apparently wants to court to believe, but out doing god-knows-what?

Also, as far as i know- James is almost completely positive that Tim did not kill Eric as well. Here's an interesting niblet- I think if Tim was not just "the" killer, but "a" killer, he very well could've wacked James over the head w/the shovel after they were done digging the hole in Plumas & thrown my boy in the same ditch w/Eric....come back to Eugene & told me that James disappeared off into the woods in Shasta- no one's seen him since. I personally feel that the fact that this did not take place could serve as a clue to Tim's truest nature. (Please note the word "could").

As far as Tim's being a 'spiritual guru', I know it's quite a twist or at least seems that way. Try to understand that Timothy had a good reputation (as far as i'm aware) here in Eugene as an 'energetic healer'. I only attended one of his source attunement sessions, at the encouragement of my son WAY before Eric's demise, but I was surprised and very impressed with what I felt to be loving, healing energy, which we all created that night, Tim being the facilitator. (Again, i've become a skeptic over the years around 'energy work' & spiritual healing with all the charlatans about this 'hippie town'.) I was very proud of and happy for James to have found a sort like Tim to work with on his path to higher consciousness, if you will. So my point is that many of us in Oregon were just as shocked to find Tim in a terrible mess like this one, just as much as some of you are probably shocked to hear that anyone could ever consider a guy who would help conceal such wrong doing to a spiritual leader or advisor of any type.

It's almost like the guy had two lives. You hear about these things sometimes- no? People are complex. Tim definitely.

James has gone through a change since the day he saw T/K on the front page of the newspaper. Talk about more complexity.

Thank you for your kind wishes, Yosamity. Whenever I have started to wallow, I remind myself that my son is alive and basically well. He seems to be surviving his part in this horrific ordeal. I got a text from him earlier saying he is coming from Reno tomorrow- he was very happy. He even has a new mom, who loves him very much- Kay Wilson. Bless you, Kay. I love you, Sister. And you too, Lisa. I'm so glad you each got to meet our James. He is a gem- yes?

Thank you all for allowing me to share on this forum. I wish all of you great peace, no matter your creeds, walks, orientations or "lifestyle choices". Thank you to my friend who I will call "Triple M". Your networking desires and skills brought my family and Kay's together. Last but not least, Bless you, Eric. May you never know pain again.
