Last-Minute Hearing Scheduled In Casey Anthony Case

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Judge Belvin Perry scheduled a last-minute hearing in the case against Casey Anthony Friday. The judge will hold a hearing in the case at 1:00pm Friday.

According to the court, the following will be heard: "Defense Objection to New Venue" and "Motion for Relatives of the Victim to be Excused from the Rule of Sequestration."

Casey will be in attendance.

George and Cindy Anthony Allowed in Court!

Casey Anthony looked teary-eyed as she walked into the courtroom at 1:27pm, wearing a white shirt and black slacks. Her hair was pulled back into a bun.

Before Casey walked into the courtroom, her parents, Cindy and George Anthony, were smiling as they waited for the hearing to start.

The first part of the hearing was held behind closed doors with Judge Perry, Casey, her defense team and prosecutors. It is not known what was said at that time.

Judge Perry ruled on Friday that George and Cindy Anthony will be allowed to sit in on testimony of other witnesses during trial, something that is usually not allowed and something the defense has objected to.

"They will not be excluded from the gallery during the trial," Perry said.

I loved how Judge Perry made it clear before he ruled that there will be a sign on the door about no facial expressions or head nodding allowed or you will be taken out, not warned!

How long will they last?

Okay, it will be George getting ousted during Baez’ opening statement or Cindy during the State’s opening statement, especially if it is “Linda” giving it.

Haha.......just imagine that! The two of them being rolled into the court room all strapped in and with a gag mask over their face.....I just don't see them making it through the trial any other way if they plan to stick it out!

I think they will be two of the first witnesses called by the state, so I don't think they will hear any other testimonies before theirs. So, the only thing they will hear is opening comments from both sides. And I agree, that is when they will be removed, brought back in just for their lies and removed again.

That will be funnier than if they were not allowed in the courtroom. I can't wait! I have never seen a circus, so this will be my first.

I can't wait either, Mama. This is a long time coming. The TRUTH will be staring them all in the face.
