P making point that since heart was fine during breast surgery, she didn't die of Myocarditis. Baden is replying that for 10+ percent of people with this kind of death the first time we see that they had heaert disease was during autopsy.

CB, the bad thing about John Ritter, the ER Doctor could have saved his life had he diagnosed him correctly. His wife sued & got big $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ from Hospital/Dr. His death a real shame, I guess they based it on his earning potential.

Have they said what reports Dr. Baden is opining from? I assume he has reviewed the ME report and autopsy, photos?

Why is the P going here? It just highlites the fact that the ME didn't do a complete job

I sure do remember that - was in hospital with my own first heart attack..watching news reports about him. Heard about his "physical" too - and a treadmill test. He had his heart attack in his work office, I believe.

Weezie, Autopsy report, hospital report, medical records, EMS reports, all reports generated in this case. Slides, CD's etc and photos

Chester, but the Prosecutor is trying to put words in the mouth of Baden. No expert, imo, is going to allow their statements misrepresented. Both the defense & prosecutors do it. imo.

Me too Tess.....dead 20 minutes or 20 hours...big difference. Stomach contents would have been able to help pinpoint time of death...but it was never tested.

I am surprised at the P so far. I thought they would have been more pinpoint....seems P has his facts a little confused. Giving Baden a chance to further explain his point of view.

summerthyme, that was a real shock to everyone, even Doctor's. The physical reflected nothing wrong with his heart, he too appeared healthy. Glad you made it through your heart attack.

Yeah...I think he is trying to confuse Dr. Baden.....thinks it won't be too hard to do...lol

Fluid in liver and lower extremities common in CHF.
Most people have evidence of leg swelling. Minority don't have that
