LOL Stark have a wonderful time. The judge has done everything in her power to give the prosecution the advantage.

I agree with this new objection....I haven't seen it denied to the defense like this.

If he is convicted, will be allowed out while on appeal? I can see this either as NG or hung.

I think they may find him guilty... I'm not sure though.

OT, my neighbor came over early this am, grabbed hubby and now they are both up scrapping the second floor eaves outside where the paint was chipping. You wouldn't get me up on a ladder that high! So here I sit while my neighbor works on my house...lol

Pros was addressing the Fire Capt..can't remember his name. Said during testimony that the magazine rack was chrome, said that he couldn't remember giving a depo (he apparently asked the pros during testimony "Did I?") and a couple of other things that I can't remember. Made the Capt look like a senile old man.

Weezie, I will post more of it if IS shows it again.

This trial should be shown as a case study of what NOT to do....on all levels!

I now wish Milian did the closing. I think he would have been more succinct and pointed out that Angulo couldn't be called because of shoddy investigative work.

Verdict will be miscarriage of justice if they don't follow the law....Judge should have remembered that

why would she release alternates. What if a juror gets sick?
