I have no clue b2b but I am thinking since they seem to be really deliberating, they are close. Otherwise they would just call it a night and come in tomorrow. I guess they have to round everyone up to come back to the courtroom. They were just there for the potato chip thing. They probably went out to grab a bite to eat....now they have to come back for a question. I hope its NG. I don't know why, but I really want a NG for this family. I don't think Adam did it anyway, I just think this was a big cluster..... for the State anyway.

I don't know if AK did it or not and that's why I think it should be a NG/hung jury. I don't think the state came close to proving anything. As you said it was just a big cluster......

I definitely think we'll get a verdict tonight or early tomorrow.

jury asked for definition of myocarditis. Because it is a medical term, a definition cannot be given.

Pretty easy really Myo=muscles

Card=heart

itis=inflammation

Inflammation of heart.....not really technical or especially difficult to understand

Not up to lawyers or judge to define words for them...esp medical terms. What if they defined it and it was wrong?

That doesn't make sense to me. Who cares if its a medical term. the definition is part of what the defense is...I wonder why they couldn't tell them.

Seems so Emberl. I remember the Dr. explaining it. But then again, maybe I wasn't so overwhelmed with the medical explanations since I do have a background in it.

OMG.I'm very discouraged now,jurors nust have been sleeping when Dr Baden gave definition.Guess there are no nurses on jury, what a shame. We need professional jurors in this country!

Me too but I would explain reasonable doubt to the jurors better, instead of Myocarditis, so we could wrap it up and Adam could go home to his kids.
