This is a very strange bond hearing.

MOM trying to convince the judge that the 2nd degree murder case of the state is weak.

Go Judge!!!!! I don't think arguing with the Judge is going to help.

IF there is a hearing on SYG, GZ would HAVE to take the stand and testify!

GZ was targeting, profiling, trying to act like PD officer but he is NOT authorized.

Pros...defendants stmts not admissable if he is not going to take the stand.

Dispatcher told him to back off, he didn't
He was the agressor

We are not here to try this case, we are here about bond

Plenty of inconsistencies to PD. PD challenges GZ. GZ then says he didn't remember.

Pros....GZ "I don't remember"
How can he be screaming if TM's had his hands over his mouth and nose

7-11 clerk did not treat TM as a criminal even if he had on a hoodie

I really hate O'Mara. I really hate GZ.

I've been watching GZ..absolutley no reaction or facial changes to anything that is being said.

State: Defendant spoke with his wife in code to hide something. Exchange of money.

Court was lied to. They were lieing to the court. GZ and his wife. Told the court they were indigent when in fact they had over $130,000. Lied to the court though his wife.

Revoke bond and keep in custody.

No one has asked me, but I would argue that he IS a danger to the community.

7-11 photo was used to show size..not hoodie etc per MOM

I think he is safer in custody.

In recess...willl wait for production of the evidence and then I will rule.

What does MOM do if the judge orders high bail/bond which equals amount of $$ equal to George's total current assets in the trust. Doesn't MOM want to keep that $$ for himself?

Did GZ ever pay off the LAST bondsman?

If it were me with a hand over my mouth, I would be squiggling and moving to get away from it as quickly as possible; so while the hand was smothering George's mouth, it wasn't the entire time.

I would also. He killed a neighbor for no reason and being unprovoked..If that's not a danger to society I don't know what is.. Is it being said that he would not be a danger because he no longer has his gun. Well in most all cases the gun is taken from the suspect, so why not let everyone out and say they are no longer a threat to society.

Makes no sense at all. A 17 year old is dead at the hands of Zimmerman and he doesn't pose a threat to the community?

George could grab his gun, so why wasn't he using his arms to fight off Trayvon?

That's right, there was no mention of the passport. That leads me to believe that O'Mara lied about the passport when he said it had been in his desk all that time and he just didn't think about it. I am beginning not to like O'Mara.

Sunny Hosten says MOM was masterful, trying to influence the public opinion for self defense

IS seems to think judge will not rule today.

I am totally shocked that the passports didn't come into this bond hearing by the Pros. George turned in the old lost passport, not the new one he got to replace the old one that he believed that he lost. The new one was in a safe, George is a flight risk.

I think MOM is a weasel. He kept trying the case in court. He kept trying to make it appear the judge had a personal interest in GZ, especially GZ not trusting of the system. (Huh? GZ is studying criminal justice, his father was a magistrate, and GZ doesn't trust the system Well, he best get over it!) Not the duty of the court to help GZ LIKE the system.

GZ is a user of people. His father, his friends (who supposedly took a year for him) and now he is going for using the courts. Recall his posting on his social network page where he BRAGGED about getting TWO felonies reduced to misdemeanors. So he wants a SANCTIONED murder now.

If my child was screaming, it would not matter how crowded the area was, I would recognize his/her voice. Would not need to listen twice. And I would not have to BLINK my eyes when I said, "That's my child's voice."

But the prosecution seemed to have shot down O'Mara when it was said about the inconsistancies and that it was Trayvon that was using self defense.

I hope he gets no bond and has to stay in jail till the trial.

Less of a skin head...I'm sure his attorney advised him to grow his hair out.

VP thinks if GZ stays in jail, the def will opt for a SYG hearing. If he is released he will wait for the trial and not do a SYG hearing.
