I don't particularily like the way the prosecution is handling this. I would have been onjecting left and right (but of course I'm not a lawyer).

The reason for this hearing is because Zimmerman and wife lied under oath. That is why the original bond was revoked, why are they going all over the place instead of where they should be?

The way it's going I was under the impression that this IS the trial. I bet Zimmerman is feeling good about now, he may think he is going to be found "not guilty" today.

I'm sure that Daddy Z. is somewhat familiar with Georgie's screams for help because Georgie called him, screaming for help, many times!

Heard it once...too many people talking. Put on headphones I was able to tell it was GZ.

Having George's father testifying to "authenticate" George's "screams" in the 911 call is a tactical move to influence public opinion before the trial. I really don't understand why the judge is allowing this testimony, it is completely out of the scope.

This is not a Stand Your Ground hearing, this a hearing to determine if George will be granted bail after he lied to the court.

Any parent would be able to identify their child screaming.
You don't have to listen several times.

I really object to the judge allowing this "trial warm up".
That is what MOM appears to be doing--- trying different theories, witnesses.

George looked like he was going to cry when Dad took the stand.

He had previously heard him scream.

I wish they would play the audio tape from the jail where Shellie tells George he is going to have a great life or whatever - more powerful regarding their deceit.

The Judge is not going for this at all.

MOM admts GZ hid money, from his family, from the jail people..but no negative intent.
Nothing about deceiving the judge or MOM
Obvious they are hiding it from "the system"

Bottom line is GZ lied to the court.

SZ didn't show truth. GZ should have jumped up and said she is lying. Judge says, "a tug on the sleeve"...lol

Complied with police and court, ths was the only mistruth. He mistrusted you (the judge) and the system.
