You can help to ensure "children in need" receive the appropriate supplies for the upcoming school year at Haleigh Cummings' school in Florida.

If you are interested in making a donation to "Haleigh's Closet", please read the article below.

Donations are made directly to the school and will benefit many children. If you live in the area, you can just drop off the donations at the school during regular school hours.

HaLeigh Cummings: Please Make a Donation to HaLeigh’s Closet

For those of you that either never heard of or may need their memories freshened, HaLeigh Cummings is the 5 year old little girl from Florida that disappeared in February 2009. She was last seen sleeping on her pallet on the floor in her Dad’s bedroom while under the care of her then 17 year old babysitter, Misty Croslin.

In the meantime I have received some information from HaLeigh’s grandmother, Teresa Neves about a special account that was set up at HaLeigh’s school for people to make donations to, in order to help the children receive the proper school supplies that they need for the upcoming school year. Donations can be school supplies, underwear for little boys and girls, or cash the school will use to buy the needed supplies not in HaLeigh’s Closet.

Checks are to be made out to the school with HaLeigh’s name, HaLeigh Cummings or HaLeigh’s Closet, in the memo section. The school has a special account set up for donations for HaLeigh’s Closet but if there is not a memo or note that specifies it is for HaLeigh the money will go directly into the school’s account so it is important that it is noted some where that the donation is for HaLeigh’s’ s Closet.
