From staff reports
Victoria “Tori” Glenn is missing and was last seen on Thursday, Jan. 2.
Victoria “Tori” Glenn is missing and was last seen on Thursday, Jan. 2, last heard from by her father at around 11:40 a.m., according to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office. On that day, a neighbor witnessed a red sedan with two men. One man had a slender build and the other had a heavy-set build.
Now investigators say that two men appear to have posted to social media using the girl's phone on Jan. 3.
On Jan. 3, someone used Tori’s Kik account to post two images (see attached photos) claiming to be “Cameron” and “Steven” and that they had her cell phone. According to the two young men, they found it in front of a Waffle House in Villa Rica. These two men are persons of interest in this case.
Douglas County Sheriff's Office Investigator Melinda Wright said that the slender man has been identified and is from a "state far away." They still seek information of the other man, Wright said. Wright said investigators will meet Tuesday morning to compare notes, but couldn't release more due to the status of the investigation.

From staff reports
A 16-year-old girl that had been missing since Jan. 2 has been found unharmed.
Douglas County Sheriff's Sgt. Mike Howell said that using social media posts and "good old fashioned police work" they located Victoria “Tori” Glenn at a Walmart in Paulding County. All indications are that she had run away with a 20-year-man she had met online, Howell said.
Howell said that for the last five days, Glenn and 20-year-old Tyler Jorgenson, had been bouncing from place to place, staying with friends and "about anywhere they could find to stay." Howell said it appears as though the two spent time on Cobb, Paulding and Bartow counties while they were on the lam.
Jorgenson has been arrested and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and interference with custody. He will likely appear Wednesday morning for a bond hearing in Douglas County Magistrate Court. Howell said that charges are possible for Glenn, but declined to comment since because of her age those would be handled in juvenile court.
