UPDATE: Art Harris reports that Croslin no longer wants to work with Bounty Hunter Leonard Padilla, and that Croslin's attorney has resent Padilla the cease and desist letter.

5-year-old Haleigh Ann Marie Cummings vanished last year from her trailer in Satsuma Florida. The last person to see her alive was her 17-year-old babysitter Misty Croslin, who was also the live-in girl friend of her father Ronald Cummings. Ronald Cummings was allegedly working the night his daughter vanished.
The police have stated the babysitter turned wife, then ex wife of Ronald Cummings holds the key to this case. Additionally police say that forensic evidence contradicts her story of events that night. Police are not releasing what that evidence is, or what part of her story is contradicted. Croslin says that she put Haleigh to bed, and when she woke up to go to the bathroom that she noticed Haleigh was missing.
A polygraph revealed Croslin was deceptive, a layered voice analysis revealed she was deceptive and a hypnosis revealed she was hiding something. Police issued a press release on the 1-year-anniversary of Haleigh's disappearance, in it they ask the public for information regarding Croslin's whereabouts the night Haleigh vanished, 2/9/09 and the early morning hours of 2/10/09.

Both Misty Croslin and Ronald Cummings have entered pleas of not guilty to drug trafficking charges. Croslin and Cummings who divorced after a short marriage, were busted in an undercover sting operation that was all caught on tape. Prosecutors say that the undercover cop purchased $4,000 worth of prescrption medication that included oxycontin and hydrocodone. Experts say that police are using this drug bust to get information on the Haleigh case.
Also breaking is the shocking video tapes that depict Croslin and Cummings working together with the undercover officer selling pills. The dramatic take down and arrest was also caught on tape.
Additonally the mother of Misty Croslin was arrested yesterday on charges of grand theft, but famous Bounty Hunter Leonard Padilla was able to bond her out. Her bond was only 500 bucks. In response to these actions by Bounty Hunter Leonard Padilla, who is also interested in bonding Misty out of jail in order to gain information on Haleigh, Misty Croslin's attorney sends the world famous bounty hunter a cease and desist letter.
The letter states: "We have been informed that you have purchased a vehicle, cellular phones and other items for Hank and Lisa Croslin. Misty considers this action an unwanted, third-party contact intended to influence her parents to convince her to work with you."
