ORLANDO -- A new motion has been filed in the case against Casey Anthony, demanding that she answer questions about Zenaida Gonzalez.

The latest motion was filed Tuesday by Gonzalez's bankruptcy attorney, Scott Shuker.

Shuker wants to take Casey's deposition to get the answers he said his client didn't get during Casey Anthony's first bankruptcy hearing in Tampa last week.

In a new court filing, attorneys for Casey Anthony argue Zenaida Gonzalez's lawyers already had their chance to question Anthony about her finances, and shouldn't be granted a second opportunity.

The filing comes after Gonzalez's legal team asked U.S. Bankruptcy Judge K. Rodney May for an examination of Anthony, similar to a deposition, to find out more about her finances.

At a creditors meeting earlier this month in her recently filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy, Anthony testified that, through her attorneys, she had received money and gifts from well-wishers.

She didn't identify those people.

She also declined to identify who's been supporting her day-to-day needs. Anthony testified that she pays no rent or utilities, and lives "for free," thanks to the kindness of unnamed "friends."

Trustee wants to sell Casey Anthony's life story to pay off debts

TAMPA, Fla. – The trustee overseeing Casey Anthony's bankruptcy case has filed a motion to sell the rights to her story so she can pay her debts.

In a motion filed Monday in federal court in Tampa, trustee Stephen Meininger asked Judge K. Rodney May for permission to sell the "exclusive worldwide rights" of Anthony's life story.

Oh but she does not need to work or sell her story. While she has been in hiding, she has fallen in love with a very wealthy man, who is so into her, he will do anything she asks him to do, and he is taken care of her financially.

There is a KC hate group that is going to petition the courts, if she really is pregnant that the baby be taken from her as soon as it is born, and she is to be sterilized, by order of the courts. Since she was found not guilty, there is no way the courts will order this to be done.

She will always be a hunted woman and have to remain in hiding, so what kind of life will that be for a baby or child. I guess the new rich lover can hire someone to care for the baby so KC and he can watch videos, drink and party in bed.

Does anyone know how long before we know what the judge decided. I hope they do publish the book, as I would definitely buy it and read it. Unless, it is just going to be her lies in print. If it is a true story, I would like to see it and the proceeds going to pay some of her debts to the state and county law enforcements. Also Texas Equasearch.

No I would not buy it because it would be more of the same.
I also dont believe that the Anthony's would not get any money, you just cannot believe them, this could be a ploy to get the book published.

True, it is the bankruptcy lawyers that want to publish the book to pay all the ppl that she owes money to. She would not get any of the money, biggest part will go to pay her taxes and to pay the city, county and state for what she owes them, plus paying Tim Miller for his teams searching for Caylee when she already knew where she was.

Hold her in contempt of court until the trial is over.

"Failure to appear" down here will get you a contempt charge and an arrest warrant. Of course, this isn't the Sunshine State.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. —Casey Anthony and her parents will not be called in for questioning, according to an email from attorney Peter Russin.

Attorneys wanted to depose Anthony as early as Monday in Saint Petersburg, but Russin said those have been cancelled.

It had to do with the lawsuit filed by the nonprofit, Texas EquuSearch, which said it spent more than $100,000 searching for Anthony's daughter, 2-year-old Caylee.

Two people suing Casey Anthony for defamation filed complaints in federal court on Monday arguing their lawsuits should survive Anthony's bankruptcy, because she was "willful and malicious" in damaging their reputations.

Roy Kronk and Zenaida Gonzalez are the second and third Anthony creditors to object to the discharge of her debts, following Texas EquuSearch, the search-and-recovery group that looked for Anthony's daughter in 2008.

In her complaint filed Monday, Gonzalez's attorneys write that Anthony "intended to subject [Gonzalez] to heightened police and media scrutiny in connection with Caylee's disappearance to reduce the authorities' suspicion that [Anthony] was involved in her daughter's disappearance."

Kronk, who alleges that Anthony's criminal defense lawyers made statements implicating him in Caylee's death, used similar language in his complaint.
