I don't think any of the motions will be granted either. They would have to do that for all felony inmates, and that isn't going to happen. There is definitely evidence that calls for a muder 1 indictment and the DP comes with that charge. Jeff Ashton did a bang up job. I don't think he enjoyed it though, who could?
I also listened to the video that J4A posted from Fox, the audio is better and the shot is closer than WFTV and the utube videos. I can clearly hear Casey say "Make it stop" and then Adre, I mean Andrea, says, "I can't, I'm sorry". I didn't catch the I'm sorry part on the other video. I can read lips to a point but I have to be looking at a person directly. She definitely said it. Casey was reliving that moment, I have no doubt in my mind. She killed that baby in cold blood and will be forced to relive it many times come trial. Justice is coming baby!

After listening to the Levi interview and hearing LP once again talk about the Kronk connection to the jail person and overhearing where the body of Caylee was, I just have to say, Boy LP is REALLY convinced of this, isn't he? He's been squawking this from day one on NG. I was never real sure if there is anything to it. However, I wonder what you all think and if it will ever come out. Also, IF this is actually what happened, are there problems with this for the trial? Sorry if this is a little off topic. But it's finally bugging me. It really hadn't before because a lot of P said, I thought was just him talking.

AJ you also KNOW I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE reading your posts, thoughts, theories and ideas. And I hope you also know I am leaning towards actually thinking there is something to this. I just have a teenage DYING (of course) to get on the computer, so I can't comment more right now. I am going to come on and read more in the am.
I am still having a hard time, with what I believe I feel KC is like, that she told ANYONE. I don't know why. It's just this gut feeling I have had about her ever since the very beginning. I don't think she ever told because she doesn't want anyone to think she is anything other than a "victim".
But again, with that said, I'll be back tomorrow and re read what your post says.

My opinion from KC's behaviour in court.....she was shaking her head no...at the so called chloroform reference or whatever they meant, then by hiding her face with her hair and arm in regards to the duct tape and manner of death spoke volumes of guilt. She never believed the truth would be spoken, and neither did her parents, and there is nothing they can do about it.

OK, AJ. Now THAT, I can TOTALLY see happening. You think things out very thoroughly. I love that about you. You really make me think about things. I am not sure what actually did happen but the there are a couple of things I feel pretty confident about. The one thing is like I said, I don't think KC EVER admitted to ANYONE, SHE did anything wrong. So, your scenario on how she could have explained it and still have herself seen as the victim, would fit really well.
The other thing is, that I don't think this entire crime is as complicated as it appears. I think the state will streamline the evidence and show a VERY concise picture of what they believe KC did and exactly how she did everything. I look forward to that day, more than anything.
I also believe they will make it clear to the jury that they the A's have always cleaned up KC'S messes and they will be shown as the liar's they are. I think they will be snapped back into reality very quick and early in the trial. I don't think (hoping anyway) GA will be able to carry this lie and covering for KC very long AT ALL, once the trial starts. I think some of the very raw and horrific details of what Caylee went through will finally get him. And at that point, he may just tell the truth and let the chips fall where they may. I can hope anyway.
I'm going to go back and watch some of those early meetings between KC and her parents. I think knowing what we now know, watching those again, may give me some more insight.
Thanks for the great discussion again AJ! Good stuff!
