Pat Brown: Criminal Profiling Duct Tape Damning Evidence for KC

By Pat Brown, Criminal Profiler: Sometimes you just have to wonder whether in one hundred years, people will look back and think that we have one ignorant court system in 2009. Today there is possible “damning evidence” in the missing Caylee Anthony case. A small skeleton was found near the Anthony house and there was duct taped supposedly associated with finding of the remains.

But, say the attorneys, this doesn’t mean that Casey Anthony, that poor excuse of a mother that Caylee got sicced with in the fickle finger of birth parent fate dice roll, still won’t have a defense. It is pointed out there still may still not be enough evidence to prove Casey killed her daughter. It may not be clear if it was homicide or an accident. Even if it is proven Casey was involved in the death of her daughter, the defense may be able to “prove” that Casey was not in her right mind when she did it.

Great article, Tracey! Thanks for posting it for us. It's depressing to even imagine that Casey might actually get away with killing poor little Caylee. It also angers the Hell out of me. If that does happen, all I can say is George & Cindy just might be next.

I agree with most of this article..... but I just don't believe KC will get off on any technicality or the "not in her right mind" defense. And I believe there is sufficient evidence to show it was homicide and not an accident. In fact, I will go on record saying I believe the SA has a smoking gun to prove KC's guilt!!!!!

People that serve on a jury are not stupid, regardless of what defense attorney's try to convince them to believe. They usually make the right decision in the end. I have to believe that they will convict KC of first degree murder!!! The only question should be: life without the possibility of parole or death?
