We will post links to the live streams as we get them. It is reported that truTV will carry the hearing, as well.

I'll be here & watching for a little while in the morning. I can't wait togt a gander at the new Judge. I'm hoping he gives Bozo a good spanking, right off the bat. LOL. I have a doctors appointment at noon, so I won't be able to watch long, but I'll record the rest.

the state agreed that they are NOT going to fight the change of venue motion in general, so it WILL be granted, they are just arguing that the defense is not permitted to pick the venue.

the judge was explaining to bozo how it really works.

holy cow.. bozo just said that HIS defense will take 2 months to PRESENT.. that is not the enitre case, just defense..

this is very telling... the defense is going to object to sequestering the jury... the state wants it, defense does not.. that is telling me that they intend to do WHATEVER they can to pollute the jury, OR get one of them to fall the same way as strickland to stop or disqualify the verdict... these people are DIRRTY!!!

no.. they are keeping the may 9th date, because miss LYON (bozo had to make that point) has to go to her daughters graduation.

can some one tell me why this new tough judge allowed bozo to get away with filing motions (defense motions) that he is NOT ready to present?? when you FILE the motion, it is supposed to be ready for argument.. not come to court and say... it is not "ripe"!! it is not a freaking banana... it is YOUR argument.

looks like change of venue will be granted, and the new judge is obviously leaning toward sequestering the jury, despite defense objections. the jury will be selected from the new location, and BROUGHT BACK to orlando for the trial. (from what i gathered from the judges explainations)

Randi, JB was saying the whole case would take 2 months in their opinion..... that's why the judge said, "Let me ask you AGAIN." JB ultimately said the defense's case would take 3 weeks, maybe less.....

yes julie, i noticed the HUGE change in demeanor... KC didnt crack not one smile... i think she may be wondering why the hell they imeached strickland to get this new guy... he is no fun!!

i think bozo just noticed that he is in for it... did you see his face when the judge cleared that WHOLE day for bozo's motions?? he looked like he was going to VOMIT... got tied down to a date, when he so obviously wanted to say they were not ready... no way jose, better get your CHIT together!!
