WESH.com plans to stream the court hearing. Look for a link on the home page on Friday morning.

Also, truTV will be airing the hearing live.

I have it set to record on court tv just in case I don't get up. The hearing is at 6:30am my time. I would rather watch it on Wesh though so I better get to bed early.

Since I can't find a job, I've been looking forward to it all week. It's always nice to watch KC and co. deal with their problems.

I just keep telling myself, it could always be worse. I could be Baez. Laughing

Question about court tv. On my dvr it shows up as one long show all day. Is that how it's been since the change over? I want to tape it too, in case I miss something.

Hi Tracey....I checked my cable schedule and it shows In Session from 9A-3P...then Masterminds...I don't think it will last that long but who knows...especially if Ms Lyons gets wound up...I know I couldn't take Bumbling Bozo for that length of time...

Hi Tracey! Yes, on Tru TV, it does show up as an all day thing. "In Session" or somehting like that. Is it going to be on there as well? I believe HLN said they are airing it as well.

its not that they CANT come, it is that they WONT come.. it is not like the jail is denying them access.. it is their choice!!!

that is not a constitutional issue.. sorry .. if all they want to say is i love you, why can they not do that while taped.

judge, in conclusion, what we are asking of you, is to place our client on a pedistal.. and give her SPECIAL treatment in all aspects of her hotel (er... jail) stay.

we argue that she is a princess, and deserves all the amenities afforded to royalty.

You dudes/dudettes are right. I seriously doubt that the entire penal system codes will be rewritten so that Casey can get what she wants. That would lead to every other detainee doing the same thing!
