When you look at the magazine rack with the stains, it is just mind-boggling that there wasn't even a scraping taken. I think taking this case to trial is a travesty. I think this man is innocent.

does anyone know who the guy is that testified that looks like a drunk? He, I think might have been a State's witness because all I saw was the Defense claiming "they only secured the bedroom/bathoom."

No court tomorrow as a juror has something to do. I believe I heard the judge say juror was an alternate and that it was a kindergarten graduation.

I had to laugh, working in the school system, IF you have an appointment during STATE EXAM for schol age children, they tell you, "re-schedule it or find another job, you will NOT miss State testing." LOL!

well, I'm not watching anything but CNN Live and listening to you guys. Trying so hard not to make up my mind yet (but....I did think Adam K. might be guilty in the beginning.) Now - he may or may not be guilty - but he is going to walk.

This last Dr. - 40hrs per week /family practice and 10 hrs. per week - forensics. Pretty amazing, would like him for my Dr. too - if wishes came true !!!! -g Didn't realize thay any docs with a Harvard background went into family practice. Impressive !

I waited all weekend waiting for the holiday to be poof-gone...and this trial to begin again. I admit to being pretty pathetic and very pitiful. -g

Well, dark for a kindergarten grad. I would make notes and tell him/her when she is old enough, someone's life was put on hold for your graduation.

Why do all court reporters look so disinteresting in the goings on? They look around, no facial experssions. i would be so interested that I would forget to record. Guess that's why I'm not a court reporter.

Years back cmv didn't affect healthy people only immune-suppressed people. in last 10/12 years it can affect normal people, rarely but it happens.

Pros. now telling Dr. what the symptoms of CMV are. Do you have knowledge that Lina Kaufman had any of these symptoms?

Lina planning parties, does that sound like she had flu=like symptoms? Now we are at side-bar

I really don't like this judge very much. She doesn't seem consistent to me.

At first I liked her...now, not so much
