Golden Alert issued for missing 19-year-old girl

A Golden Alert has been issued for a missing 19-year-old girl.
Carlee Garrison was last seen in the Morgan Berry area of Pendleton County on Sunday, June 17.
She is 5'11" and weighs about 140 pounds. Garrison has long blonde hair and blue eyes. She doesn't drive and has a mild mental disability.
According to her Facebook page, she is a student at Carl D. Perkins Vocational Training Center and works at Honey Hill Farm and Petting Zoo.
A 'Golden Alert' in Kentucky is issued when a person 18 years old or older goes missing and suffers from Alzheimer's or a mental disability.
If you have any information as to her whereabouts, you're asked to call Pendleton County Dispatch at 859-654-3300.

it says she has a boyfriend and he has an open page on FB as well. You can find his page from hers. He hasn't posted anything about her missing including the missing person's flier that I saw some of her friends had. I am in no way saying he is involved. I am just stating what I observed while looking at the pages so it's MOO.

FALMOUTH, KY (FOX19) - Police have arrested a woman in connection to a mentally disabled teenage girl who was reported missing this week.
Around 2 p.m. on Tuesday, police arrested Angela England Gibson at her home in Campbell County.
Gibson has been charged with custodial interference.
Police are saying that Angela Gibson's son, Brendan England, is with Carlee Garrison in Jacksonville. Carlee's mother tells FOX19 that she spoke with her daughter and England. She says Carlee is safe, but she is scared. She also says England said he didn't know Carlee was under the custody of her mother, so he will go to authorities.
Garrison was last seen in the Morgan Berry area of Pendleton County on Sunday, June 17.
