I use to work my summers in college as a stenographer -- can type fast, but doesn't help much when numbers are flying all over the place -- this is hard to follow.

But the gist is that prosecution is trying to make it clear that the specific use of CASH is epidemic to the deception employed by GZ - and it is a slippery technicality that the witness is trying to claim is the basis of his having no records or documentation or backup for such transactions (because cash leaves no money trail). Which is prosecution's point -- why would someone move THAT much money in CASH if there was not specific intent to leave no money trail? Witness is stumbling over this fact.

Wit was not under the impression he would have to account for this CASH amount. Came unprepared.

Sister opened up an account at GZ's Credit Union at the same time all these transactions occured. Had not had an account there before.

Witness admitted that to hide money, one would move it around as CASH

which he just stated earlier that is exactly what GZ did for a large portion of money

There was no hiding of money - all money is accounted for

I hope the judge doesn't buy what O' mair is shoveling.

Witness stated that in his opinion one purpose for someone moving money in CASH -- which leaves ZERO money trail -- is to hide it.

Which means, he can't prove what it was used for or if it was spent then replenished by someone OTHER than donors, as they claim are the only source of funds. Because there is zero money trail while it was out of the account in the form of CASH. No one can prove at that point that their claims are true -- there is zero money trail

Focus on the difference in look and demeanor of GZ in video and in court.

ETA: this was my observation not anyone on TV or in the court...lol

I'm not a medical person (allergic to people not feeling well HA!) but when they said that it was when they were showing the right side profile of his head and they were pointing to the pin-dots of abrasions on his right side. So I'm guessing that is what they were referring to.

George injuries were not life threatening.

Just another case of how stupid do they think people and the judge (court) are. This will taint the jury pool for sure.

witnessed testified that a cut to the head would produce a "disproportionate amount of blood" compared to the same size laceration on an arm. In other words, the same cut to the arm, with the same degree of injury would have produced far less blood, and therefore would appear less severe and indicate less trauma.

Bottom line - same cut to the arm wouldn't have looked nearly as bad.

That's right, GZ was still standing and talking, Trayvon was dead.
