I think that's a whole seperate amount -- I think this amount was what Shellie and Sis claimed they had available to their own accounts at the time to help apply to bond. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. But I distinctly heard O'Mara say after all that "that amount has dwindled down, for some reason or another, to $3,000".

He doesn't have records for sis but only knows how much transfered
Sister received "CASH" - not bank transfer, so he said there are no records for that

He doesn't have ANY records that indicate sis April 18, 2012 that account for the $48,000 in sis's account. This is all news to him.

great. caught off guard *again*

Prosecution basically busted him out and said, WHY do you NOT have records of this amount? I thought your purpose was to track ALL the money that moved??
