They made it in under three minutes, arriving in the parking lot while gunfire could still be heard.

“I got out of the car and grabbed my rifle and it stopped for second,” Officer Chapman said. “But then we heard more popping. You could tell it was rifle fire. And it was up so close, it sounded like it was coming from outside. So we were all looking around for someone to shoot back at.”

As the officers converged on the building, the gunfire stopped again. Officers Chapman and Scott Smith made their way to the front entrance. It was here, only minutes earlier, that a rail-thin 20-year-old named Adam Lanza, armed with a .223 Bushmaster semiautomatic carbine, two semiautomatic pistols and hundreds of rounds of ammunition, had blasted his way through the glass.

Leonard Penna, a school resource officer who had raced to the scene from his office at the Newtown Middle School, entered the school with Sgt. Aaron Bahamonde and Lt. Christopher Vanghele, through a side door that leads to the boiler room, he said. Officer McGowan and two other officers entered through a locked rear door. One of them knocked out the glass with his rifle butt so the rest of the officers could get in.

The halls were familiar to Officer McGowan. He attended the school as a child. But now, they were eerily silent.

“The teachers were doing a phenomenal job keeping their kids quiet,” Officer Chapman said.

The officers turned their radios down. They entered the front lobby and saw the first bodies, those of Dawn Hochsprung, the principal, they would later learn, and Mary Sherlach, the school psychologist.

“You saw them lifeless, laying down,” Officer Penna recalled. “For a split second, your mind says could this be a mock crime scene, could this be fake, but in the next split second, you’re saying, there is no way. This is real.”

The officers went from room to room, urgently hunting for the killer before he could do more harm.

The officers searched the room for any other gunmen, then began searching for signs of life among the children. One little girl had a pulse and was breathing. Officer Chapman cradled her in his arms and ran with her outside, to an ambulance. Officer Chapman, a parent himself, tried to comfort her. “You’re safe now; your parents love you,” he recalled saying. She did not survive.

Most of the bodies were found in the classroom next door, where, Detective Frank recalled, “the teacher had them huddled up like a mother hen — simple as that, in a corner.”

Officer Penna, who was the first officer to enter the second room, found a girl standing alone amid the bodies. She appeared to be in shock, and was covered in blood, but had not been injured. He, not knowing the gunman had been found, told her to stay put.

He ran into the next classroom and saw the dead gunman, with Officers Chapman and Smith standing nearby. State troopers and other officers were now flooding in. Officer Penna returned to the second classroom, his rifle slung around his chest, grabbed the uninjured girl by the arm and ran with her out to a triage area set up in the parking lot.

As the children emerged, the officers tried to reassure them. “Everything is fine now,” they said, even as they stayed alert for a possible second gunman. “Everybody hold hands, close your eyes,” they told the children.

Some officers formed a human curtain around the bodies of Ms. Hochsprung and Ms. Sherlach, to shield the children from the sight as they filed past. Others blocked the doorways of the two classrooms.

Hmm. Call me a skeptic and I can agree to that.

This stands out in my mind:
911: Both the Twin Towers were ordered to be refurbished due to asbestos. Some of the work had actually been completed. The owner bulked and said it would be cheaper to tear them down; he applied for the permits; permit request denied as the streets would be closed for too long a period of time; cost was prohibitive for refurbishing the buildings. However, IF the buildings suffered major disaster and the city/other gov't entities had to pay for the clean up, he could get his insurance to pay for the loss of the buildings. Are you with me here?

Sandy Hook:
Built in 1956 it would have been flush with asbestos .
What would have been the cost to clean up the school?
Was it worth it?
Another school had been built and was standing empty.

This has bothered me.

==No comments by any other teacher, other students
==No pictures: We are accustomed to seeing the body outlines, the aftermath of the rooms; we saw this with Oklahoma bombing, 911 Twin Towers, Nicole Brown Simpson.
==No reporters telling us of the inside of the school
==No one saw Adam leave his home, drive the road to school yet it was not a heavily traveled road AND school buses, etc, should have been on the road
==No vid tapes from the school, the fire house released
Don't most fire houses have outside cameras that might have picked up the passing car

The car identified in the parking lot did NOT belong to Adam Lanza or his mother. It belonged to the person who was apprehended behind the school in the woods.
He is scene in video running from the school into the wooded area.

btw, I've seen wrong dates many times on Google for other non-related searches.

Also, I've seen on youtube some home videos of Emilie Parker, with her two younger sisters also in the video. I never doubted that she existed or that the awful shooting took place, killing real people, but of course the conspiracy theorists think the videos are fake too. Sad.

Not that I would want to see the pictures, ever, but this article makes a lot of sense. (Maybe pictures should be made available to only those making final decisions.)

I think people have a right to own a weapon and to protect themselves and their familes, especially in their own homes. Not necessarily by some of these high-powered weapons. A hand gun or rifle would suffice. But the weapons need to stay out of the hands of people who would end up doing something as awful as Sandy Hook. Lawmakers have a hard decision to make. One that is in the best interest of our country, and its citizens, many of whom are children. The children need to be protected from sick, twisted, evil, mental (whatever lanza turns out to be) people who shouldn't have guns in their hands!

Finding descriptions of what a Bushmaster rifle does to the human body is a challenge. There was, however, this from the Archives of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine — a 2006 study, the "Pathology of Gunshot Wounds":

"Exit wounds from high-powered rifles may be large because of the high velocity and kinetic energy of rifle ammunition (Figure 5). Stellate-shaped exit wounds, which in rifle wounds occur over soft tissue as well as over bony surfaces, are common and may resemble contact entrance wounds."

It's not enough when the National Rifle Association and its supporters quickly shift from the shootings at Sandy Hook to their Second Amendment rights. It's not enough because the further in time we move from that December slaughter, the more the faces of the victims will slowly fade for the public.

Already, the NRA and its supporters have moved on beyond the slaughter as if it were just another of the daily shootings in America. For the gun control advocates, it will be remembered with diminishing flickers.

Authorities believe Adam Lanza targeted Sandy Hook, because a school would provide little resistance, allowing him to rack up victims in a quest for notoriety.

It is three months since the killings in Newtown, since 20 children and six adults were gunned down at Sandy Hook Elementary School less than two weeks before Christmas. And as bad as the story was, and will always be, it is even worse than we originally knew because now we discover that this was slaughter by spreadsheet.

It has been reported previously that law enforcement found research about previous mass murderers at the Newtown, Conn., home the shooter, video gamer Adam Lanza, shared with his mother, the first victim of Dec. 14.

It was more than that, and worse than that.

What investigators found was a chilling spreadsheet 7 feet long and 4 feet wide that required a special printer, a document that contained Lanza’s obsessive, extensive research — in nine-point font — about mass murders of the past, and even attempted murders.

But it wasn’t just a spreadsheet. It was a score sheet.

“We were told (Lanza) had around 500 people on this sheet,” a law enforcement veteran told me Saturday night. “Names and the number of people killed and the weapons that were used, even the precise make and model of the weapons. It had to have taken years. It sounded like a doctoral thesis, that was the quality of the research.”

I have done a ton of research on this but have elected to not share it as it could be inflammatory. However, just this past month, gov't officials have stated the Sandy Hook shooting was not real but was an EXERCISE for training purposes. There is a lot of info and analysis out on youtube, as swell. Many of these "victims" have been seen alive; none had birth certificates, there are no death certificates. One of the "victims" even appeared at the White House in the VERY holiday dress shown to media as her last photo. School had been shut down for months prior to this incident due to high asbestos content.

Was there really an Adam Lanza? Or was this simply Ryan's pic photo-shopped? Nothing to really point to Adam as ever existing. That would explain why Rayn was first identified as the shooter, and why Ryan's driver's license was found in Adam's bedroom....Ryan had a bedroom neatly set up in the home...

(CNN) -- Newtown shooter Adam Lanza was an isolated young man with deteriorating mental health and a fascination for mass violence whose problems were not ignored but misunderstood and mistreated, according to a report released Friday by a Connecticut state agency.

The 114-page report released by the Connecticut Office of the Child Advocate profiled the developmental and educational history of Lanza, the young man who carried out the mass killings at Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 14, 2012. The report noted "missed opportunities" by Lanza's mother, the school district, and multiple health care providers. It identified "warning signs, red flags, or other lessons that could be learned from a review of [Lanza's] life."

The authors of the report relied on extensive documentation and interviews with Lanza's educators and doctors, as well as email exchanges between Lanza and his parents, to make their determinations and recommendations.

The report was dedicated to the 20 first-graders who died at Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 14, 2012. Six educators and the shooter's mother were also killed in the tragedy that shook the nation to its core and spurred a national debate over gun violence and mental health.

No evidence of school pictures.
There is hearsay from assorted persons connected with schools who report "Adam" had attended there but nothing more.
Speculation on photo=shopping of pics showing Lanza in several different school pics.

No driver's license recorded.
No job/work history.
No social security number.
No student has been interviewed who knew this person.

BTW. Prior to the incident, the US gov't went in and PAID in FULL all mortgages of residents involved in this. IIRC, that came from FEMA, Homeland Security.

Halbig maintains that the so-called Sandy Hook CT shootings were a staged cooperative government - community "Capstone" exercise planned years before December 2012, for the purpose of banning commonly-used firearms and limiting free speech. Halbig asserts the incident was a financial bonanza for the Newtown community and involved parents, all involved parents moving into the CT community only between 2009-2011, and all receiving over $200K each for their involvement in the exercise. Halbig's questions to Newtown are returned with silence and contempt; threat of arrest.

Many details don't add up... record shows no report of actual shots fired; no social security numbers for the dead students; 16 state troopers pre-positioned 45-60 minutes before the alleged shootings; tax accessor's website shows the families got free houses on Christmas day when all government offices are closed; half-a-dozen charities set up for alleged victims days before the shootings; no one sued the school or the estate of Nancy Lanza; no parent wanted to see their children in the school; closed casket funerals; no EMT's allowed in the school; the shooter was a 112-pound weakling with a debilitating condition but shoots like Rambo....with 95% percent kill rate; crisis actors; and much more....."

In fact, you could watch the video and see these are the children reported to have died at Sandy Hook School. If they had died, as reported, how were they able to sing at the Super Bowl? Why no local media coverage of the children singing at the event?

Forgive me, but isn’t possession of child porn and intent to distribute child porn a federal offense? Hence, why are the students getting a slap on the wrist of community service while other pedophiles or those on the sex offender list (those parents who took pictures of their baby nude) not given the same sentence. BRIDGEPORT, Conn.-- A Connecticut Superior Court judge has ruled that a lawsuit can go forward against themaker of the rifle used in the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shootings.

Judge Barbara Bellis ruled Thursday that a federal law protecting gun-makers from lawsuits does not prevent lawyers for the families of Sandy Hook victims from arguing that the AR-15 semi-automatic rifle is a military weapon and should not have been sold to civilians.

A lawyer for the families had argued there is an exception in federal law that allows litigation against companies that know, or should know, that their weapons are likely to be used in a way that risks injury to others.

So. Using the logic of the attys presenting his case:

1. Detroit should stop making cars. Cars run over people. People die in accidents.
2. Cutlery should be banned. Too many people use knives to carve up other people when        they are angry.

3. CDC should issue a ban on all drugs. Drugs, improperly used could cause addiction, overdoses, and druggies are often thieves/burglars as they try to get more money for more drugs.

4. Construction bricks should be outlawed. Someone might kill someone with a brick. I have damaged my hands/fingers when using mortar to lay brick courses.

5. Hammers should be outlawed for reason stated in above.
I have often smashed fingers and done nerve damage to my hands due to my using a hammer.

6. All plastic bags need more than a warning; outlaw them as they cause suffocation.
7. Pillowcases are often used to suffocate a spouse. No more pillowcases in the bedroom.
8. Outlaw can openers. We have an obesity problem in the USA.
9. Outlaw all fast food restaurants. See above.

10. Make everyone in the USA have a mandatory 60 minutes for all meals. Takes that long for the body to properly digest food.


Have we reached a level of absurdity when we no longer respect the right of the individual to make informed choices? Should we outlaw law enforcement because there are wrongful deaths? Or punish a judge each time a case is presented and there is no conviction? Maybe, destroy a judge when a case wins upon an appeal???

 How are we evolving as a society? Personal accountability. Sue the family who created the problem, Sue the doctors.

This reporting is disturbing.
So many things it contradicts.
Example: The school transferred ALL its students to another Newton school which had been built was not occupied at the time of the incident.They were not transferred to a different school district.

Story states 30 kids are all the students from the original school still in attendance.
These 30 students were in kindergarten at the time of the shooting.
Problem. The shooting took place in the kindergarten class room
It is NOT a large school district so I doubt there were two kindergarten classes.
And I would guess there might have been maybe 340 kids TOTAL in grade K....
Suggest the reader thumb back to find other differences...

The same picture of Noah Posner provided in this shooting event was photographed TWICE on two different billboards.  The first billboard was in Iraq, IIRC.  It showed four or so children who had been killed in the bombings there. Even his name was the same. The second billboard was in either Pakistan or Afghanistan. Same name and picture. Billboard reported he was recently killed by terrorists.... You might find info on youtube.
