If I remember correctly the new video of TA that Dr. D showed last nite... When TA had his hand interlocked with JAs and he needed to explain part of his story he raised his hand up and over and layed her hand back down on the pillow or her lap... instead of raising his hand till they came unlocked and expecting her to realize there were going to come apart and figure out what to do with your hand he brought it back around and gently layed it down...

that got me... that little gesture was so sweet and kind and I think it showed what kind of person he really was... For me it made it that much more sad that this man didn't have a chance to meet his soulmate and have a family that he wanted so bad. Without JA in the picture he seemed like such a great guy, she's one of those people that has the knack of bring out the worst in people...

I don't know, people had let's give them 4 years to find all this stuff... But in the bigger picture does it matter? she says he didn't flaunt her and show PDA... His friends said he was appropriate with her in public, do you need to discredit her with the video and give her more chances to lie? he just seems like such a tenderheart and fun person... the video of him in the mud on the 4 wheeler riding like a surfboard... lol

one of my daughters saw that with me and was like WTH? She's about to be 16 and asked me what is the deal with anal? I'm like what? she's like why does everyone do it? I'd think it would hurt... lol... So monkey sex is big with the teen group... I don't get it, i said maybe to avoid pregnancy cause i can't imagine it feeling that good...??? Apparently anything goes now but when I was growning up you'd never give up your ass and would probably not do any kind of oral... you'd cash in your V-card before doing any of the stuff that's mainstream today...

In the video "Travis near-death experience" his voice is quite normal so I wonder why he has a so deep one, quite frightening, on the recording. I don't think this could come from voice processing to make it more audible or it's a big failure then.

Dr. D had a married couple of TA's on last night, they submitted the new video of him explaining his near death experience and JA is curled up with her head on his lap... on TV they were talking about experiences with them, etc and Hollie the wife told the story about Sky H... also said that JA isn't the kind of girl you'd want around your man because she'd hit on them married or not... both said she just had a sexual charge about her and her eyes were empty... none of this was mentioned in court

I've heard about a juror doing this but don't know if it's the same one... the other day when they went to sidebar one of the men in the back put his hand to his forehead as to say OMG!!! then i think yesterday a guy did a stretch and yawn and i guess it might of made noise?? either way it caught the spectators attention... He did this I heard 2 different stories so I don't know if it was both of someone screwed up... but when they started talking about the KY and the other story was when she started talking about killing him...

Sky Hughes has been interviewed many times over years and I never ever heard the story of Jodi coming to see her, and her yelling at Jodi for 15 min., and all with a witness in her home (Holly). I can't understand why this wouldn't have come out long ago! I only ever heard about the night Travis and Jodi stayed at their house and Jodi was listening to a private convo outside a door...

Did Nurmi finally finish yesterday? I have been reading here about jury questions, so I was hoping the redirect was over.

Do you know when the jury questions will be asked? Will it be today?
Sorry for the questions, but I just couldn't watch the redirect without screaming, and needed a break, so I catch up with my faithful trial watcher friends here!

Bmore you are most likely right... I just think she is a conniving little witch that would do and say anything to make a point. I do think that men can and will do unspeakable things if they think they have a chance to get "some". And it is very clear that Jodi was no prude and was willing to offer it up... She complains about the way the sex was but I am sorry.. nothing in her demeanour in the words she uses, the smirk on her face when she is recalling or making up a story about it or the pictures she has of herself posing with her clothes on or off..
