#61 Foundation. Overruled. Judge tells Nurmi he can ask for more foundation. It refers to a trip on June 2. Approach (judge) Judge will ask the question

jury wasn't spose be in the courtroom until 1pm their time so you didn't miss it..just wasn't necessary to dismiss those who weren't there..lol

I have no hard feelings towards Jodi's family - none in the least. I mean that.

BUT, what the heck is up with the mother and aunt all the time laughing and chucking it up. I can understand maybe once or twice someone caught you off guard and made you smile or chuckle - they are entitled to some peace and normalcy - but this seems like a daily damn occurrence!

Is the mother just so checked out over all this now? Has she conceded to her daughter's demise and has gone cuckoo?

Other than that it was so sweet. Must be so painful for his family to see this happy, innocent Travis, who wanted a Mormon life, wife, good friends, and got an evil psycho stalking and seducing him.

I am REALLY afraid that this jury may end up being like the one in Fla. a couple years ago.

I totally agree. I have a sickening-bad feeling about the outcome of this...I hate to say it, but I am really afraid this jury will be another Pinellas 12. Too much really important stuff is being left out IMO, and I fear when this is all over and the jury is interviewed we could here whining and justifications about "well we were never told that..."

FYI: According to my dentist: 80% of women have their periods around the FULL moon; and women with cold sores will get outbreaks around their periods! So...
she not only is miserable with a cold sore (love when Miss Vanity is brought down) BUT chances are good she is miserable with a period! Further, I know many women who get bad headaches prior to onset, PMS, so that may have been why she had a "migraine" a few days ago.

Too bad! At least she is alive to be inconvenienced.

technical issues have me seething..I can not tolerate lollygagging..I feel the judge is allowing her to drift off the questions,exactly as I expected, but gotta say I think Chica is actually nervous bout slippin up..and she has..also think she nor Nurmi have convinced this jury of squat.
