Jodi Arias--Trial for the murder of Travis Alexander #24

So, Ms. Fonseca, you have stated what you believe to be facts based solely on information given to you by Jodi Arias and her emails and diaries.

Yes, you have seen a few partial emails by Mr. Alexander without benefit of the knowledge of what truly transpired or led up to certain statements, as well as seen snippets taken out of context. Wouldn't you say it would be unprofessional to make such judgements without having had a lengthy consultation with the person you are evaluating?

And, ma'am, what if I could prove to you and show you that the person who gave you information regarding Mr. Alexander was a liar and a forger?

And ma'am, It is not the character of Mr. Alexander that is at issue here. Ms. Arias has already been convicted of premeditated first degree murder with cruelty.

And what if I also told you ma'am, that there is no evidence whatsoever that has surfaced to corroborate the accusations of the defendant that Mr. Alexander was a sexual deviant or an abuser---as a professional wouldn't you want to see substantiation of such heinous accusations before you made a determination that Mr. Alexander was guilty of such actions?

I don't understand, how these so called experts, can sell their souls for the sake of a fee for a court appearance. A few very well known names come to mind, I think of them as whores selling their expertise to the highest bidder, and then they manipulate the facts to suit their clients agenda. Makes me sick to think of what our justice system has become.

18th, I have to believe with all my heart that JM will destroy the good Dr on cross. I know he is fighting for them with all of his heart, mind and experience. The Alexander family deserves closure and peace. JA deserves neither.

Reviewing the vid I posted above:
I have speculated on when the different injuries were inflicted to the point of a wait and see attitude. In reviewing the vid, I observed the following:
1. Gun shell casing found near sink
2. Casing landed in blood
3. Many stabs to the back
4. Blood aspirated onto mirror
5. Bathroom closet door found ajar

Like many of us, after having sex, Travis went to the sink to brush his teeth, perhaps shave, prior to taking a shower.

This means Travis was standing at the sink when JA attacked him and began stabbing him in the back.

Travis started coughing up blood or aspirating on the mirror, sink edge.

JA reached in bathroom closet near the sink and got the gun she had placed there earlier.

JA confronted Travis when he turned from the sink, head down (linebacker reference) and tried to get down the hall. He was not fully facing her but had his right temple toward her as she demonstrated in the vid. Being left handed, she shot him in his right temple, perhaps cutting herself on a sliding mechanism on the gun?

Travis started staggering down the hall, lost his full ability/consciousness, slid down the hall wall leaving a bloody smear.

Travis fell to the carpeted hall floor and attempted, with waning energy, to crawl down the hall. JA jumped on his back and continued to stab him.

Near the end of the hall, approaching the bedroom and the outside hall door, JA probably straddled him in order to cut his throat. Most of the cut or stab injuries were @ 4 inches deep in the body.

She then went to haul his deceased body back to the shower area but accidentally took pictures.

(To state other would remove the element of torture... this is why JA wants us to believe she first shot Travis and he had only moments to live or endure pain. The shooting, she would have us believe, would have knocked out the pain centers of the brain. )

She placed his body in the shower. She turned on the shower to clean herself of the blood on her own clothing. Se gathered her wet clothing and the bed sheets, etc., and tossed everything into the washer and then the dryer. Following that, she did a second wash and decided "to be done with it all" by now tossing the incriminating camera into the washer....

I am not sure how far Sedona is from her drive north to Utah.
However, saying goodbye to Travis, IMO, she went to Sedona where they had such fun times to toss the knife, etc., as if to say, "Sorry! The good times do not justify you breaking up with me and destroying my hopes of latching on to you. "

JA went back to Yreka eventually and immediately hit the journals.
What gets me is when Daniel Freeman called to report Travis was "gone" and JA IMMEDIATELY knows Freeman is talking about Travis being dead... while IMO, JA should have assumed Freeman was talking about Travis taking his trip to Cancun, taking a different trip...
and then, the "loving" JA writes in her journal, "Travis, What is this?...." as if she is scolding him, demanding an answer....as if she is saying, How could you up and die on me?


(I hope Juan gets the opportunity to show JA doing headstands at the Yreka station during the day she was being questioned.... I hope he gets to bring in the fact she killed her dog and abused a cat she was taking care of for her co=worker... )

@24:50 JA states she had gotten rid of the gun by the time she had placed a phone call; she was 57 miles N of Kingman, AZ.

Any possibility ... she tossed the gun and knife at the same location where Travis had teasingly threatened to leave her when they were on the trip to Sedona, Havusopi (sp) ????  As in she was so humiliated by the teasing from Travis she would "remedy" the situation by leaving these items at that location?

Found something of interest.
Watch the muscle above her left eye.
Right before she spins a story or plans an ambush of Juan, her muscle twitches BUT the eyebrow does not!

Found that to be of interest...
The last vid I posted of her testifying, she is faking the tears.
Observe: Teary sounds but no proper redness of nose, eyes, watering, etc... Then watch that eye muscle.

I know there are people who read and want updates. TV/radio and other media is not always handy.
Sometimes, it is easier just to skim. If it is of benefit to you, then all is proper!

I like a good mystery, a good who dun it, but more than that I like to see our justice system bring law breakers in without exception or privilege. Many times, the person I suspect is NOT the one the system finds and convicts. I then go back and review the info to see what it was I missed... While I applaud professional investigation, it is sometimes so tedious and time consuming.

I don't much care for the JA crowd. They fail to take responsibility for actions and blame the victim too much. The fabrication of information is NOT evidence... just another lie to keep JA for being responsible for her own actions. I am disgusted her little sister is working in law enforcement... that is putting the fox in the hen house, IMO.

Yes this part of the trial should  have been over by now. We as voters and tax payers see a lot of our money wasted but this takes the cake. I pray for justice and hope this is over soon for the Alexander family.

...Well, it's already been proven by time stamped photos that Travis was in the shower when he was first attacked with the knife. Remember him looking at the camera? He was all right then, and had not been attacked. Within seconds the attack began. He staggered to the sink FROM OUT OF THE SHOWER, as the timed photos show...THEN it was down the hall, throat cut at the doorway to master bedroom, and that was what killed him as he bled out there.
He's dead when she drags him back down the hall to the bathroom and shoots him, either on the floor, or most probably IN the shower where she dumped him...
