FALL RIVER - Six surveillance cameras picked up headlights in the area of the North Attleboro industrial park where Odin Lloyd’s body was found, and prosecutors believe former New England Patriot Aaron Hernandez was in the vehicle.

Five witnesses have identified the six pieces of surveillance footage - all taken near John Deitch Boulevard in North Attleboro - during the past two days. Today, Scott Bazinet, who installed the surveillance cameras at a local business, and Christopher Mitchell, who works at the nearby North Attleboro Electric Department, verified the videos.

In one video, headlights are seen heading north around the time Lloyd was murdered. In another, a car is seen, but the make and model were not immediately apparent.

Prosecutors say Hernandez and co-defendants Ernest Wallace and Carlos Ortiz drove Lloyd to the North Attleboro industrial park in the early morning hours of June 17, 2014, and executed him. Investigators say the trio drove a Nissan Altima that Hernandez had rented.

Defense attorney Michael Fee vociferously objected to questions regarding where the vehicle was going and what was in that direction. Superior Court Judge E. Susan Garsh sustained most of the objections.

Video in Hernandez trial shows headlights near murder scene

Also today, a Massachusetts State Police officer testifies about footprints found at the scene.

FALL RIVER, Mass. — More surveillance camera footage played Wednesday in the murder trial of former New England Patriots player Aaron Hernandez shows headlights moving away from the crime scene the night of the killing.

Prosecutors on Tuesday played four grainy surveillance video clips that showed lights moving toward and from the scene.

On Wednesday, they played two more that showed headlights leaving the industrial park at 3:27 a.m., four minutes after Lloyd sent his last text message.

The grainy videos were taken from so far away that it is unclear how many passengers were inside or what kind of car it was. In some, it is not even clear that it was a car.

Also Wednesday, Massachusetts State Police Lt. Steven Bennett testified about footprints found at the scene. Among them was one made by what he said appeared to be a left shoe with three or four waves of a herringbone-type design in the middle of it.
