KISSIMMEE, Fla - Polk County Sheriff’s detectives are looking for help in locating a missing 12-year-old girl.

Morgan Girdhari was last seen Thursday night at her home in Kissimmee.

Her family discovered her missing Friday morning.

She was seen on video surveillance at a Wal-Mart on 904 Cypress Parkway in Kissimmee.  She was in the company of a man not familiar to her family or friends.

Detectives do not know if she still in Kissimmee.

Anyone with information on Girdhari’s whereabouts is urged to contact Polk County Sheriff’s Office at 863-298-6200.

KISSIMMEE | The Polk County Sheriff's Office is asking for help finding a 12-year-old girl.

Deputies said Morgan Girdhari was last seen at her home on Michigan Court in Kissimmee when she went to bed Thursday. Deputies said Morgan has run away before, but has not contacted any friends or family since she went missing.

Morgan was seen on surveillance video at the Wal-Mart store on 904 Cypress Key Parkway with a male her family and friends don't know, deputies said.

KISSIMMEE (FOX 13) - Polk County detectives are searching for a missing 12-year-old girl.

Morgan Girdhari was last seen at her home in Kissimmee Thursday night when she went to bed.

Her family discovered her missing the next day. Her family says she has run away before, however, she has not contacted any of her friends or family members since her disappearance.

Morgan was observed on video surveillance cameras at a Wal-Mart located at 904 Cypress Pkwy in Kissimmee. Detectives say she was seen in the company of a male who is unfamiliar to her family or friends.

A 12-year-old Poinciana girl who had missing since Friday was found Wednesday morning unharmed in Osceola County.

Morgan Girdhari will not face any criminal charges, Polk Sheriff Grady Judd said, but the investigation does not end here.

Judd said next they will work to determine why Girdhari wanted to leave her family, as this marks the third time she has fled.

The sheriff described the girl was one of the “toughest, hardest” of young runaways his detectives had searched for, adding the young girl was “dropping phones, using boost phones.”

The girl also disguised herself by using a British accent, telling one man she met that she was 22-years old and had a job and two stepchildren.

At this point, the sheriff does not believe any of the men the girl came in contact with did anything criminal against her. That is still under investigation.

Morgan was last seen Thursday night when she went to bed. Her family reported her missing the next day.

At one point, she was seen on a Walmart surveillance camera in Kissimmee with a male. Afterward, deputies said she was spotted traveling alone in the Poinciana area late Saturday night.
