A 34-year-old woman has gone missing in Stevenson, Ala., the Jackson County Sheriff's Office said in a news release.
Ashley Grider Kennedy, also known as Ashley Harris, was last seen walking on Friday night between 11 p.m. and midnight on U.S. Highway 72 near County Road 85.
Kennedy is white, with brown hair and blue eyes, and sometimes wears glasses.
When last seen, she was wearing blue jean shorts and a dark tank top and was barefoot, Chief Deputy Rocky Harnen said in the release
Anyone with information on her whereabouts should contact the Jackson County Sheriffs Office at 256-574-2610.

WOODVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – The Jackson County Sheriff tells us the missing woman 34-year-old Ashley Grider Kennedy stole a truck in Stevenson.
The sheriff says Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputies got into a pursuit with her in the stolen vehicle late this evening. They say she attempted to run over a deputy who was deploying spike strips in Woodville.
They say in the process, she flipped the truck she was driving. She’s been taken to the hospital, but the severity of her injuries are unknown.
The chase ended in Woodville on Highway 72, near the intersection with County Road 63.

AL.com's news partner, WHNT News 19, reports that Jackson County deputies got into a pursuit of Kennedy after she stole a truck in Stevenson, where she had last been seen.
Kennedy is accused of nearly running over a deputy who laid down spike strips to stop the truck when it reached the intersection of Highway 72 and Highway 63 in Woodville, the news station reports. When she ran over the strips, the truck hit a guardrail and flipped over.

Ashley Grider Kennedy, 34, was taken to Huntsville Hospital following the crash. She was released and booked into the Jackson County jail around 2:25 a.m. Monday.
