Maybe it is, kh! Along with the 'accident'!
It would make a lot of sense in many ways and answer so many questions!

Did y'all hear Baez's answer when asked if he was the lead council for Casey in her murder trial? He didn't say YES! He said 'for all intent and purposes' he was the lead council for Casey'.
What does he have to be so evasive about? When he was hired on "June" 17th, was it NOT about murder then? Was he TOLD it was an accident? Was the 'intent and purpose' he spoke of to simply defend Casey from HER part in an accident? That would imply someone else knew of it too, like George?
My head is spinning! I will have to go talk about this some more on the Misc Theories thread!

Doesn't the guy from JAC make the determination? Or, at least, make his recommendations to the judge? kh

Mr Mason said that Bozo IS the lead counsel. Funny, even the damned defense can't get their stories straight. This is a perfect team for KC. Birds of a feather.....
Re: Hearing - 3/18/10 Discussion - LOCKED
I listened for the most part to the hearing which was on my LR tv, and I was, where else, the damn fool kitchen! I feel like I live in the stupid kitchen! Anyway even though I had the tv up to 19, I had twins eating lunch and talking and even though I kept saying sshhhh, they kept on talking, plus the fridge was running, the microwave was on, I was boiling water on the stove.
So I think from reading the blogs, I caught the most pertinent parts. I did have a chance to sneak into the LR to see some parts of the hearing, and I did see Casey's bug eyed expression and goofy giggle because she couldn't hear the JAC rep on the phone. Oh yes, that was just so hilarious!!! - NOT!!!!
I also think these attorneys are insistent on showing how "human" they all are, and how they can come up with silly one-liners, it feels like they're in a popularity contest, doesn't it? Who can impress everyone the most with their wit & humor?
I noticed Cindy with her head turned in a 180 degree away from George. In fact, I went in the LR a couple of times and saw her totally ignoring George. How obvious that she had nothing to say to him this time. Last time it was "I love you" this time it was "If I can't see you, you don't exist." I saw her get up to leave the courtroom, and whatever she said to him, it was very quick, probably "Move!" And after Cindy left, George sat there with that tight lipped "Living under a Microscope" look on his face. Made me LOL.
Anyway I'm just sticking in my 2 cents.
