Judge Perry Scolds Attorneys, Court Recessed Until Tuesday

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Judge Belvin Perry scolded defense attorneys and prosecutors on Monday during Casey Anthony's murder trial for wasting time as they argued about legal issues and recessed the court until 9:00am Tuesday.

Monday marked day 34, including jury selection, in Casey's trial. She's accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony.

Defense Unable To Call Witnesses To Testify

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Judge Belvin Perry has called a recess until Tuesday in the Casey Anthony trial.

The order came after the two witnesses who planned to testify for the defense Monday were blocked by the prosecution because of discovery issues.
