She owed $517,000. So she's only paying 18.89303% of the original amount. Doesn't seem fair.

On the other hand, $200 was only .03868% (less than 1%) of the original amount.

Maybe if she scrounges around deep enough in Bozo's pocket, she'll find (steal) the 98 cents.

Now that sounds more like it........ I wonder how many thousands of hours of community service Casey would have to do if the same punishment were applied to her case..........
