I also like that he doesn't use the fees/salary against them. He looks at it like this is America, it's how we roll here. Nothing more, nothing less.

I really do think this jury really did a good job. Just by listening to this guy. His answers are reasonable, unlike the Casey jury.

This Judge commentator on IS right now thinks AK probably did it(his gut) but doesn't think the state came even remotely close to proving it and he doesn't know how they brought the case.

You might want to think twice about taking her. She is at that age when she is a pain in my a$$. Tattletale, whiny, too cute for words, sassy, determined (stubborn). Can't wait for this phase to be over.

nope...hopeful maybe. She is her fathers daughter, thats for sure. I shouldn't have to do this twice!

Her 8 y/o sis is easy, but she went thru this stage too. I think it has to do with the pending divorce, mom moving out, etc. So I try to be patient and cuddle her when she is the least cuddle-able.

This jury is a testament to taking their oath and job seriously. I applaud their diligence.

This jury renews my faith in the system. Unlike the CA pinellas pinheads who couldn't find the evidence to review in the first place and couldn't even find child abuse for Pete's sake, this jury really did a nice thorough job.

I apologize to the jury for my comment yesterday after the question about pets. My faith in them wavered for a minute. Jury.....I apologize.

Drama Princess....I am the Queen in this family. They have a long way to go to be Queen...lol

emberl apparently they were not in court, but they were entered into evidence in the case. We didn't know it either.

Too CB, someone said it might have been an oversight of the defense to not bring up all the Drs. Lina was seeing.

That shows just how shoddy the Pros case was, if the Def won without using Lina's day planner and cell phone.

Lawson Lamar made the Prosecutor's charge the DP in KC's case, it irked Ashton, Lamar has since called Ashton a "HOT HEAD!" Ashton is a HOT MESS!

I wonder if Lamar is going to be so critical of these Prosecutor's in this case.

It is puzzling why the planner and phone weren't used. Maybe the def saw something that went to the Pros and the Pros saw something that went to the Def....making it hard for either side to use it. I dunno
