Just catching up from the weekend, I don't think JA ever lent TA money because she didn't have a pot to piss in... She mooched off her room-mates and borrowed from TA... I don't think he was in financial dire straits but from what was said being around JA was bringing his sales down and therefore not making as much and lending her money, that has to give a pinch...

I was reading somewhere that the people that bought TA's house didn't know till 2 weeks before or after closing what had happened in it... Some states don't have full disclosure... Again I don't know how true that is...

Thanks so much for this link! I finally got to read all the emails, texts, etc. in order! WOW! This stuff really does spell out the whole WHY, WHERE, HOW! Travis really did not want anymore contact with Jodi after his end of May emails! Calling her a "liar", "evil", and a "sociopath" is very powerful and should be for the jury. From all of the stuff (her journal, the texts, etc.,) you really see that this man was NEVER an abuser in any way, that he was simply a nice guy foolish enough to trust her and help her out a lot UNTIL she betrayed that trust and he discovered what kind of person she really was. You also clearly see him text that his 'revenge' or whatever you want to call it, WOULD BE TO TELL THE HUGHES, LESLIE, JODI'S PARENTS, etc., all the terrible things she has done, NOT to hurt or assault her!
That late May date when Travis said in no uncertain terms that he did not want to see her was most certainly what prompted the premeditated murder plot---ANYONE can see this, IMO!

I would bet than when she did arrive there on the murder day, she gained access only because she spun some plausible story for Travis---Something about picking up or dropping off their stuff, maybe saying goodbye civilly---something along those lines.
I have really learned a lot more about Travis during this whole trial, and what a basically kind good person he really was. I hope that justice prevails in the end.
If I ever saw someone who deserves the death penalty---It's Jodi.

Oh... blood splatter... from what I read the closet door in the bathroom must of been shut during the murder because there isn't anything in the closet but there is some on the door frame around the closet... Seems to be everywhere in the bathroom... If it is on the door then that ends her story... I think JM likes to let her talk and be sooo sure of herself so he can come back with forensic evidence to show it's a lie... she's lied all along and is still lying to you know...

Another thing... if the gas cans were for emergency only then they should be kept for an emergency and not stop you from going to a gas station in AZ... If you use them then they're not there for emergency use anymore...

The freakiest is the invasion of his space, his time, his mind; her constant presence and demanding needs appears to be that of an energy vampire, sapping his energy. Travis was focused on building his career, his life, and enjoying every aspect of living; further, his energy was such he wanted to share with EVERYONE. (I like the chicken dance video as you can see others interacting with him including a woman much older who shakes her booty to him before laughingly moving on. You can see how others interact in a positive, loving way.)

Jodi wanted that. She wanted to be associated with everything Travis was; she wanted to claim what he had worked for and projected for herself.

Back to her being intrusive in his life: Crawling thru a doggy door, spying in windows, fake falling asleep in his home, standing over him and a gf while they were sleeping; hacking his phone and computer (and possibly on-line bank accounts)--- she is so totally obsessed. Hacking the tires of ALL four of his tires; his gf's tires; then doing his again the VERY next day. Sending ugly emails to a gf and calling her a whore for SEEING Travis; answering a phone message pretending to be Travis. On another site, I had read JA even managed one nite to slip into his closet and in the morning, when he went to get dressed, she was hiding there!

When it came to any of the accusations re Travis and pedo: Wouldn't a normal person END the relationship, notify law enforcement? JA is not believable when she says TA was into little boys AND girls AND of various ages. That is NOT how that works. And probably why she never went to LE.

As for all this sex. JA is such a liar I do NOT believe half these so-called sex-capades she mentions; I do NOT believe Travis and she got it on in the car outside some restaurant in broad daylight after he had given her info on the Mormon faith; I don't believe HE gave her any blow job at the Hughes' the night they met; I don't know they really had sex the day she murdered him. (The time stamps on the pics does not work for me. The lack of clarity on all but two and she was a professional photographer? Sleepy Travis on a MADE bed just minutes after the nasty pics of Jodi on an unmade bed???)

Another couple said that TA would babysit their kids sometimes and never had thought or concern about their safety... I hope JM fillets her like the rotten fish she is...

I also FIRMLY believe Travis's email to her where he calls her a sociopath and threatens to expose her is for sure what caused her to act. Do not forget she already had her new target on the string..Ryan..she could not have Travis ruin that possibilty for her. I dont believe Jodi was just after money..I believe she wanted to be envied...no matter what character she portrayed she could never accomplish that on her own..she could only get there by leeching on to someone else..thru being married to a good man that everyone liked,admired and enjoyed being around.

PINSKY: But she was -- they were not together, and -- reminder, there`s one thing that has not come up in court is the stalking behaviors and the tires that were slashed, all the things that have made people like Autumn and Charlie who knew them both well. You were actually a roommate, Charlie, for a while.

And, my understanding is Travis also used to come and babysit your kids. You have four kids, I understand, and he would be around them all the time. Did you ever, either of you, have any concern that Travis had any issues with children as Jodi is alleging?

CHARLIE ETHINGTON, TRAVIS ALEXANDER`S FRIEND: Not at all. I mean, he watched our son, who`s our first son. He was a couple of years old with some of our other friends within prepaid legal, I know he watched their kids, too, and there was never a sense of any of that stuff going on. I think we would have picked up on that.

AUTUMN ETHINGTON: Yes. If I ever had any type of feeling that he had pedophile or any type of thing like that, I would be out of there so fast. My children are number one.

PINSKY: Now, you guys have provided us with new photos that we`re looking alongside of you guys. Thank you for that. And he looks very young in a lot of these photos. How long did you know him, Charlie?

CHARLIE ETHINGTON: Autumn and I actually met him back in 1998. And, so, it`s been a few years.

PINSKY: And were you ever part of the chorus of friends that sort of warned him about Jodi?

CHARLIE ETHINGTON: Absolutely, yes.

PINSKY: Can you tell us about that, what you told him and how she responded or what maybe she has said to you guys that led you to be so creeped out?

CHARLIE ETHINGTON: Yes. There was a time where I actually went over to Travis` house to pick him up for one of these business meetings we were headed to, and you got to know Travis. He was actually very militant on be on time, being early, never out of character for him not to be ready.

So, when I showed up to his house, he was standing at the top of the stairs still in his robe and not even ready. And I asked him what was going on, and you could tell he was very flustered. He told me that he was tired of Jodi, just having some issues with her, threw his phone across the room, and you could tell he was very upset about her.

I said, what`s going on, and he said that she was smothering him and too clingy, and that was kind of an odd experience that I experienced firsthand with Travis and with Jodi.

Regarding Brewer's testimony, the Tuesday that HLN is referring to is Tuesday, 1/29/13. It is the same date reported by The Huffington Post.

Therefore, my assumption is that Tuesday, 1/29/13, is the correct date for Darryl Brewer's testimony.

I agree with everything you say EXCEPT for one thing---no, she did not sneak in and crawl in his bed; there is evidence that Travis was up when Jodi arrived. He was on his computer at 4 AM looking at Daft Hands rock videos. The computer expert has testified to that.
