Just remember---IN ORDER FOR ANYONE TO BELIEVE ANYTHING THE EXPERTS TESTIFY ABOUT YOU MUST FIRST ACCEPT THAT JODI'S STORIES ARE TRUE, AND THAT TRAVIS WAS A PEDOPHILE/ABUSER AS WELL!
I just don't think the jury even gets past believing Jodi, so I really do not think they will accept what her experts say, since it is all predicated on LIES.
Just too bad that all this yahda yahda defense testimony is probably going to go on for days now, ad nauseum, just like Jodi.

In order to work with the clients, a social worker of ANY TYPE must get into the brain of the client and must get the client to see S/HE is on the client's side.IMO, Dr. Samuel's DOES feel terrible empathy for JA; he has bought into the "I am so abused" story; JA is a fast study!

Very compelling---last night on NG---She had her producer tell her only what Jodi's story was as far as the killing itself happened, and in as abbreviated version as possible. She timed his telling without letting him know that. 44 seconds!!!
(THAT WAS JUST TO TELL 'I DID THIS, THIS, WENT THERE, GOT GUN, SHOT....')
It certainly proved that no way could Jodi have gotten from body slam in the bathroom to T. dead and shot in the shower, stabbed and throat slit in a fog (HER VERSION), in 62 seconds!!

I agree! As I am getting it in a nutshell this guy wants to testify that he can theoretically tell from the crime scene if it was premeditated?! Really?! Come on! Sounds like complete utter hogwash that no one would believe! Glad the judge is at least not allowing it today.

Sounds boring and rather impressed with his education and work. Self serving.

Ho-hum

Sexual dysfunction. Worked with transgender in late 70s, early 80s. Moved to AZ about 7 years ago. Did only forensic work in AZ. Other work in NJ. Sounds rather liberal to me! Lot of work with counseling couples on sex therapy; worked with LE suffering from PTSD; lot of court appointed work on evaluations; custody work with the courts; ;looks too much like Gus Searcy.

This guy is so boring. I am turning him off!

So help me God I will never watch another trial if that happens. What a slap in the face it would be to justice for Travis, for his family, and for our system! IMO with the same exact evidence, if a guy did this, it would be wham bam! Murder ONE!

They are burnt out on the sexual issue. They are burnt out with this cold, clinical, robotic answers; a professional court expert is NOT going to make them like him.

Also, he has a bit of a past and I am SURE JM will nail him on that! lol roflao
